I have just seen on Sky News that 'with only 29 days to the new season', Forest have had the City Grounds capacity reduced to ZERO because we do not have a safety certificate! Is this another case of negligence?

It's why the takeover is happening as soon as we know who is in charge of the club the certificate will be sorted and the man in charge will deal with it chill.
