Not intending to be rude to you but the redevelopment of the stand is totally dependant on the Greek building and profiting from the sale of over 100 apartments on land around the site. That's what is delaying building he hasn't got planning yet for his apartments. Without that there will be no new stand. He won't put in the cash to build it without recovering it with profit from apartment sales.

He was struggling to make a deal with the rowing clubs, it's proposed he will pull down two of them so works can progress. Then he would rebuild the rowing clubs with state of the art equipmemt.
Unfortunately the club's do not trust him at all and as I know will never consent to it. Having still having contacts myself with the rowing clubs tradition plays a huge part in their tradition . As some of you are finding out he, s a slippery customer.
His plans have been rehashed, and were not sure where the situation is.
