Now we have new owner is ffp a fresh start from when he took over. If so what is he allowed to spend.

Am I correct in thinking that it would be linked to what the new owner and his team can bring into the club? so if he can bring in more lucrative sponsors/ partners/ investment etc. it would improve our financial position.
I know realistic caps are meant to be in place with regards to sponsorship and the associated income but I would have thought the new chairman (N Randall QC) would be in a position to ensure we push (legally) towards the top end of these restrictions. Bearing in mind we havnt really had any commercial expertise in place for a few years we should be in a much better position with the new owner/ team in place.

See site has suggested we go for Ex Forest man Joe Garner? Apparently Rangers are willing to let him go. Sorry but been there done that with him. Thanks but no thanks. Anyway Wednesday better off with "James" Garner! 😂😋😋.
