Does anyone know if forest are close 2 anymore new signings, greening, reid and boateng r good signings and findley is like a new signing. Was very impressed with him 2day took goal well. REDMAN

Believable10 Unbelievable5

Deals for Routledge and Verhoek should be completed this week

Agree0 Disagree0

Lets all be honest we wont know until they want us to know

Agree0 Disagree0

Talk about Rose coloured glasses Took the goal well ? Lmfao it was a lucky deflection that was meant to be a cross
I know I was there and still in Germany. He's average at best Schteevie was shouting at him all the time he was on the field. Fingers X'd he comes good though.

Agree0 Disagree0

A manager shouting (doing his job) doesn't render a player only average

Agree0 Disagree0

Anyone know where i can find the highlights from the Stuttgart game? and Findley will be one of our best players next season

what exactly is forest transfer budget
if they have supposed bidded
1.8m-2m on routledge
4m-maynard
600k-greening (done deal)
1.5m on verheok?
thats around 8m so ok wont get all maybe one more so forest might possibly have 10m to spend

Believable6 Unbelievable5

Well, maynard isnt happening, so we're splashing 4mil on anyone right now. its about 1.8 on routledge, around 2 on verhoek, and 600k done deal.

Agree0 Disagree0

We failed with maynard so have more

Agree0 Disagree0

I thought we were looking at paying out 3 mil for Billy Sharp

Agree0 Disagree0

I did hear from a very reliable source that including wage negotiations there is a total budget of 15 million and that is to put most players on 3 year contracts.

Agree0 Disagree0

Yeah 15 million is the budget, my friend works at Forest and has heard lots of differany rumours, but the money is there, if not now, but January.

From - Forest not listed

kysports.com understands that a number of Championship clubs have agreed terms with Arsenal for Jay Emmanuel-Thomas.

The 20-year-old is a graduate of The Gunners' famed academy, but he has played just once for the senior side - spending most of his time away from the club on loan.

He has impressed during spells with Blackpool, Doncaster and Cardiff over the last three years - but now he is ready to move on permanently.

Arsenal are set to let him move on for around £1million - but with a large sell-on fee.

that Ipswich, Burnley and Portsmouth are amongst the clubs battling to land Emmanuel-Thomas who can play up-front or in midfield.

Emmanuel-Thomas is now set to decide on where his future lies with a decision due early next week.

Believable9 Unbelievable5

Whats this got to do with forest??

Agree0 Disagree0

Sign him up

Agree0 Disagree0

The fact that we have been linked with him for a while...but our club isnt listed as one thats put an offer in pretty obvious what its got to do with forest....dont u think?

Agree0 Disagree0

I am glad Forest are not listed. He looked totally pants at Cardiff

Agree0 Disagree0

Overweight and useless, we do not want him.

Agree0 Disagree0

Overweight? You need specs:) He s a great talent and would love it if we got him.

Agree0 Disagree0

Too young and inexperienced to be our number 9

Agree0 Disagree0

VERY BAD ATTITUDE NO GOOD FOR OUR CHANGING ROOM

Agree0 Disagree0

Too young and unexperienced - wasnt that what some said about woodcock and birtles too...

A Army mate of mine is at the Stuttgart game, he is a Armenia Bielefeld fan. He says he is sure he seen Routledge & Verheok with SMc, has anyone else heard this? (Ed do you have any news on this)

Believable7 Unbelievable20

Total rubbish
Verhoek is playing tonight isnt he

Agree0 Disagree0

I am watching the game online and i havent seen either of them with SMc or heard the commentator mention them at all

Agree0 Disagree0

Have u got link to game

Agree0 Disagree0

Routledge watching Newcastle 2nd XI- by looks of his tweets

Agree0 Disagree0

No Verhoek is not playing tonight

Agree0 Disagree0

Verhoek played for ado on thurs night, maclaren and marthur watched the game.routledge was in amsterdam on friday and there is a chance we spoke wth him

Agree0 Disagree0

Everyone is so optimistic of these signings but all we have signed so far are players near the end of there careers (dads army)WE CANNOT COMPETE IN THE MARKET FOR QUALITY so will remain a championship club with the systems set up at FOREST remain the same

Agree0 Disagree0

I'm sure Derby have their own banter page to be jealous on, don't they?

Agree0 Disagree0

We all as forest fans want the best for the club , but you have to be realistic and the all idea is not to delude yourself into the idea that we are better than we actually are.we are a good championship team but not a great one here lies the problem.

Why dont forest look at signing sonko on a free because he said on sky he dont csre bout pay as long as he plays

Believable13 Unbelievable9

He also only got one less goal for us last season than dele adebola

Agree0 Disagree0

Well thats probably the point.....maybe we couldnt guarantee him games as we have morgan n chambers....

he would prob get both minimal wages and minimal games

altough, if he was willing, he would be a great player to have as cover/competition for those 2

Forest to sign at least 5 more players
routledge
verheok
boateng
a left back
a striker

Believable25 Unbelievable8

I heard a rumour that the striker could be a young lad from grimsby town, not sure of his name though.

Agree0 Disagree0

Grimsby hmmmmmmmm...smells a bit fishy

Agree0 Disagree0

Boateng is done forest site.
smc looking at leacock :( snds like a rescue mission.
r taylor rumours from newcastle starting to surface in media (source my bro in law works for daily mail)
bullard may be on his way as he has been suspended from hull on their pre season tour and would take a pay cut for a way out of hull.

Jay Emmanuel Thomas is set to sign a deal for £1.5 million

Believable15 Unbelievable13

Hopefully Not

Agree0 Disagree0

Why? he is strong skillfull and a great young player with excellent potential

Agree0 Disagree0

He looked rubbish for cardiff but he has lots of potential and un doubtable talent at times

Agree0 Disagree0

Whats tht on then ??

Agree0 Disagree0

I said this the other day....my mate said he has seen the board meeting him in the car park at the CG and i got called a f***ing idiot? So guess what people maybe i wasnt so wrong after all.

Agree0 Disagree0

Going to burnley

Agree0 Disagree0

He sheouldn't go to a s**tty club like doncaster. he should come to a big club like us

Agree0 Disagree0

wesley verhoek more than likely to sign now and also routledge
if they do, we will have andy reid, paul anderson, wesley verhoek and wayne routledge as potential starting wingers?

Believable16 Unbelievable10

Also Robbie Findley can be played there, I should imagine he'd be mainly a front man though.

Agree0 Disagree0

Just need a decent target man if we've got the wingers. Still quiet on the left back side of things too

Agree0 Disagree0

So reserve football for mccleary

Agree0 Disagree0

Tbh i could see reid playing a more central role

Agree0 Disagree0

Reid will be on the left to give us some balance we've got greening, moussi, majewski and mcgugan, freeman and boateng when he officially signs as our players for centre mid

Agree0 Disagree0

4 wingers is a good amount in a squad. ando got the pace, reid the creativity, verhoek looks quick and strong and gets goals, and routledge is proven at this level. mccleary as cover. got all bases covered. nothing wrong with depth.

Agree0 Disagree0

Verhoek will not sign for Forest, just googled him, he is the most highly rated winger in the dutch league, Terry Butcher reckons he will be the next big thing in the premier league looks a wicked player, just don't think he'll come to forest.
