Pleased for Hutchinson and glad to see him have an impact on the game, he seems an honest professional. However let me put things into perspective, we paid £37M for him (that's 37 x Trevor Francis! ) so I would expect him to have an impact on games both at home and away.
When he's done what he did on Sunday in 10 games and he gets us out of the bottom two I'll start raving about him on here and start drawing comparisons with some of the great wingers we've had in the past. Fair comment?

Not really a pint of beer was about 40p in 1979.
And inflation in football since then has been higher.
I thought he did well when he came on against Sunderland. He needs and now surely deserves game time. that's the only way he is going to kick on. I am sure he will be in the next European squad after the group stages. So till then I am hoping he gets plenty of minutes in the league. The other wingers can play against Malmo etc.
At last. One of our summer signings becoming worthwile.
If Luis can get his fitness sorted he will undoubtedly be an asset going forward. Think Jesus will come good to.
All in all with Aina to come back and the left back from Brazil coming in after xmas, we should kick on and put any worries about relegation behind us in the not too distant.

Compering players from the past is subjective, I don't begrudge modern players making as much as they can but they have got to put the effort in on the pitch;,. McAtee, Bakwa, Kalimuendo and Hutchinson will make over 15 million over there contracts, and if advised wisely will have a very comfortable life, not like in Francis's time having to get a job as a postman like Webb, Keeping these young players engaged and motivated since COVID, and the extra subs in games these days, players are trained all week for if there lucky 30 minutes game time!, and there really seems to be more injuries to players than in the past?.
