Kev the ref managers abroad under contract till 31st May and in england till 31st june. These are the last pay days from the clubs. So any manager that is with a club can't do anything till after these dates.

It is not all done and dusted untill the footballing authorities give it the go ahead.

Once they do that it will be announced no later than the next day.

We like Leeds are operating a new squad system next season which is why it's taking so long for an announcement.

Both clubs are drawing up a 24 man management squad to rotate throughout the season every time the fans start to kick off about results/ style of play. The owners will pick the squad the fans will vote for the manager of the month and the appointed manager will pick the team.

Each manager will vote on who stays a who is recruited for the first team squad.

That should shut the moaners up and get everyone pulling in the same direction?

We need quite a few players to make the 24. Ward will come back crocked for a start so that only leaves about 15 to recruit.

Maybe we could have a summer manager and a winter manager and rotate them with Leeds every six months.
