Well lads the rumours are rife around the City Ground today.

Surridge got an offer on deadline day and was told if he stayed he would be played. So he did. Cooper then put him on the bench for Bournemouth so he went home

Cooper has got the hump because 75% of the signings has nowt to do with him and that's why he playing all Brits from the start plus his players
He could resign or get sacked very soon if things don't improve. No new contract to sign as yet.

Could the club have grounds to sack surridge for breach of contract balloons. Sounds like surridge has some balls, but if was lied to then can’t blame him, though it’s a tad unprofessional. Maybe he is getting sick of being misled by cooper. There’s no doubt from our perspective that surridge has been poorly treated as he put his health at risk for the club last season. I have no doubt that cooper had nothing to do with the majority of those signings as 2star alluded to yesterday that god knows where they came from. Balloons look at my reply to east coast red on the banter. From what you say it looks like it’s all about to kick off and cooper has history of walking if unhappy. Contract? Has he not signed it?.? Sounds like 2 fools parted.

Dane Murphy and our scouting team find the players. Do you think he would be still here if that was the case. So by my reckoning MGW, Williams, Henderson so almost half the fees we have paid on them. Add to that our pursuit of players like Rodon I don't think it has bleak as you are making out.

i thought I saw a tweet saying Surridge going to QPR on loan. Thought that fell through when Batshuayi deal failed. So how close he got to QPR I don't know but bound to have messed him about.

I'd put surridge in before awoniyi any day of the week don't know why he's not getting a regular start.
