Ok, point (1)
Mr Al-Hasawi, "in the face of so much stupidity and lack of appreciation from so many so called supporters, thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for your continued support of my club.

Point (2)
regarding H. Lansbury. If he has so little consideration for other peoples lives, let alone his own, that he is done for driving at 115 miles an hour, maybe he should contact the bolshevic broadcasting corporation and apply for a job with C. Evans on what used to be Top Gear, I hear he's having difficulty putting together a team himself. It's not as though we're short in midfield and I don't believe Mr Clough would have put up with the number of bookings he gets, let alone such rediculously selfish/stupid behaviour behind the wheel of a car.

Point (3)

Can people please take a chill pill regarding this season ! Anyone whould think we're destined for thrid division football the way they talk on here. We have a goamkeeper that got promotion to the Premier league a couple of seasons back, three of the best central defenders (Mills/Hobbs and Wilson) in our div', the US international right back, a midfield that is full of tallent so that, even if Lansbury is not sold, it's by no means certain that he'd get a start, especially if and when Reid and Cohen return !
The only positions I's like to see some action in is up front (but even there we have the chance to reignite Maynards career and have young Walker and have Assombalonga coming back later in the season) and a left back to compete with Fox for the position.

So, to sum up, please stop all this depression, it's not justified. Why not start a Dougie Freeman's Flying Circus and sing "always look on the bright side of life" rather than depressing the rest of us all the time. If you're wondering who I'm directing this at, you only have to read some of the rubbish written on this site to know who you are. Thank you, I feel better now !

I stopped reading after you babbled about what Lansbury does outside of football.

Totally agree with all of that.

I was prepared to give this post a fair hearing but I also ducked out mid-way through the bit about the BBC. Full-on random crazy-talk.

uptheforest and number 9, thank you for taking the time to reply, although I feel you are completely wrong to dimiss what a Forest player does off the pitch. Would you condone taking on or keeping a player who had criminal conviction ? As I said in Point 2, Mr Clough would not have allowed a player to bring the clubs name into disrepute. I remember he even fined plyer (I think it was Larry Lloyd but please don't quote me on that ) for not wearing the club tie oorrectly done up ! It's about building pride.
