The Fawaz £50m price tag for Forest is looking even more dead in the water after Wolves have just announced their 2016 results.
Sold for £45m in 2016 having made a pre-tax profit of £0.75m prior to the sale.
Profit now up to £5.8m on a turnover of £27m compared to Forest's £17m. Historically a similar attendance although slightly higher than Forest this year plus they have a Premiership quality ground!
I don't know about chickens coming home to roost but we certainly have a cuckoo flying over the Forest nest?

Good post mate but their ground is a dump not premier league quality. when West Brom used to play them they'd stick Kwik save bags over the seats, probably changed it to aldi bags now. Got a half decent new Stevie bull stand but the rest of the stadium is cack.

CiG Have you seen the City Ground without your rose tinted specs?
The point is Forest are over valued by approx £25m!

I never said anything about our ground or are over valuation buddy? I just pointed out wolves haven't got a quality ground it is a dump! The cg is old and needs revamping and we are well over valued especially as we don't own our ground I'm surprised anyone would touch us with a barge pole. So next time less of the sarcasm please.
