Worrall injured for a few weeks them.

Clough is god

1.) 24 Sep 2020 15:21:22
Saves him being dropped for one of the new players. 😁.

2.) 24 Sep 2020 18:40:03
Really, Worrall injured now? Not great. Back four going to change then. Christie, McKenna, Dawson and Blackett!?

3.) 24 Sep 2020 19:24:55
Worrall and Figueroa both been moaned about for being to blame for goals let in. Why would McKenna play without training with the team much.

4.) 24 Sep 2020 19:53:39
He might put soh straight in he's joined the first team squad not the under23.
been deemed good enough for PSG first team on a few occasions and 4 mill a lot for us to pay just for potential.

5.) 25 Sep 2020 10:44:21
I think Soh might not get into the team until mid october.

14 Sep 2020 21:01:06
So apparently Forest have put a 12 million price tag on Worrall, just another young talent to be sold to fund the wages of some of the dross we have then, shameful.

Clough is god

1.) 14 Sep 2020 21:36:57
Clough old chap did you read my post earlier saying just that. None of the money raised from selling our jewels is reinvested in players of value. It all goes on funding the wages of has beens and wannabes. I think 2star pointed out that we have made millions from the sale of our academy lads but none has been spent on quality players. If you add up apiah £9mil brereton 9 cash 14 that alone is £32mil. Where has it gone? No stadium refurb as apparantly the flats were going to fund the facelift. Its BS and asset stripping. My ghast is flabbered.

Villa had 10 million pound offer turned down for Cash.

Clough is god

1.) 28 Aug 2020 19:24:58
They are wanting £15m, Cash can not be saying he wants to leave.

2.) 28 Aug 2020 19:36:15
we've supposedly already turned down 10 mill from another club so why would villa think we would accept their offer.

3.) 28 Aug 2020 20:09:08
I reckon £12 million will be the price agreed.

28 Aug 2020 15:04:22
21 goals and 16 assists in 91 appearances are Murphys stats so not too bad for the young man. If we get rid of some of our high paid non playing players we could afford his wages for one season. Would be a good addition better than Ameobi although I thought he was unplayable at times his stats are nowhere near what Murphy has achieved who if he comes on loan and it doesn't work out you send him back unlike some we put on 4 year contracts.

Looks like Silva in advanced talks with Olympiacos, will ge good for him never really set forest on fire although played well we needed more goals and assists. Just hoping they take Carvalhio aswell. I wonder how much they'll offer fo him will be interesting to see.

Watched Pyschos freekick against Utd at Old Trafford 1990 what a rocket would love him back at the club in some capacity. Can you imagine him playing now he would throttle the bejesus out of most players. No gloves and long sleeves for him on a winter's night. Loved by everyone apart from that tosser Danny Mills. Still get sheckles watching his raw emotion at Euro 96 will always be a legend to me top bloke.

Clough is god

1.) 30 Sep 2020 14:01:25
100% agree mate
. legend doesn't do him justice.

2.) 30 Sep 2020 14:11:47
Danny Mills just says things to get a reaction. He thinks he's inciting debate but forgets that he looks a complete twit in the process.

3.) 30 Sep 2020 14:59:30
Being saying the same for a long time, he should be at Forest in some way. SL has big support team surely SP. could slot in somewhere?

4.) 30 Sep 2020 15:13:44
Pearce was putting togeter a good squad. Shocking luck with injuries. Even some of the crowd turned on him. Some said great player poor manager, players didn't like him. For me Pearce was the epitomy of the garibaldi. Travelled to many away matches when Pearce was our captain. Great era to be s forest fan. Would have him back in a heartbeat, msybe with colin cooper or even nigel. Now thst would give the club a lift!

5.) 30 Sep 2020 15:47:19
To me lads, I put Mr Pearce in the same category as Mr Clough and Mr Taylor not quite a God couldn’t walk on water but what a man and what a player, not such a great manager unfortunately, but would still be willing to give him another go as our manager. Can’t be any worse than the one we have now. Bring Him Back bet he would sort our squad of today out, one way or another. 💪🥊 U Reds.

6.) 30 Sep 2020 17:21:23
Absolutely agree with all the posts his celebration for Osbourns goal at the shaggers will long live in the memory PSYCHO PSYCHO PSYCHO PSYCHO!

7.) 30 Sep 2020 18:09:27
I agree, it would be fantastic to get him as director of football would be ideal for forest with his passion for forest and with his connections in the game.

8.) 30 Sep 2020 18:41:55
How can you say he was unlucky with injuries? He relied on some injury prone players that got injured.

I think he would be a great number two.

9.) 30 Sep 2020 20:13:08
Assombalonga was hardly injury prone until he dislocated his knee, that was massively unlucky for us as him and Antonio were cooking on gas.

10.) 30 Sep 2020 20:29:59
I agree about Assombalonga.

You do seem to be forgetting Reid, and off course, you know you have not forgotten any of the players that had a history of picking up injuries often.

Takis Lemonis that's right you heard it here first, rumours already circling that he will replace Lamouchi. Has been appointed by Marinkas in the past and has managed 24 years in Geeece. Ok probably just a rumour but to be linked to such a shoddy suggestion shows how far we have fallen. I mean Cafu swapped with Silva yet another defensive midfielder and yet another player, ok maybe just another rumour but it's just beyond ridiculous now. Like I said yesterday I'm seriously on the brink of just giving up on football now not even checking out the rumours and what's going on with the club. I might not go too many matches but buy a lot of merchandise, listen to nearly every game, used to read 3 Sunday papers about the same game and regularly check all the news with the club. Too me being a reds fan used to be such a buzz such a thrill that noise the fans would make during matches whether it be listening or actually being there at the game used to send shivers down my spine. Losing your voice was worth every penny spent but now even last season I found myself not celebrating the goals in the same way apart from playing against the shaggers. Our club is a sad club and I always prayed and hoped it would change believing this season will be our season just willing it to happen, even last night watching the game just hoping to see a performance a result that would change everything. The truth is we are just one of those so called sleeping giants that show such desperation to climb to the top of the mountain that underneath is just a mass of crumbling rock, because for every step we climb we just fall another 10 steps.

1.) 26 Sep 2020 13:40:59
A sad read clough and probably how a lot of us long term fans feel. I cannot see it getting better as owning a football club appears to be a rich foreign ambition. Cultural differences and understanding of the british mentality is the problem. Unlike newcastle fans i don't care much for your Arabs and chinese money. Human rights issues mean something and we should be mindful of that. Send me an email i have sonething for you.

2.) 26 Sep 2020 13:51:06
The Greeks have said this was a joke and should not be taken as serious. The joke is whenever Olympiakos performed poorly EM brought this fella in and he won the league. So they said as a joke he would rescue us.

3.) 26 Sep 2020 14:28:31
I'd rather have Keith Lemon!

4.) 26 Sep 2020 14:41:53
Hey Rutland send me your email address again pal I've probably got yours somewhere but going a tech phobe I can't find it.

5.) 26 Sep 2020 15:33:56
Cloigh what is the first few letters of yours so i csn find it.

No shots on target second half horrendous.

Clough is god

1.) 25 Sep 2020 23:52:09
Is that why we didn't score😉😉😉.

2.) 26 Sep 2020 00:32:57
What's doing us at the minute is sabri just not playing enough defenders lol.

3.) 26 Sep 2020 00:38:45
People seem to think the playing all these different formations makes for good football why not go to what used to work 2 decent wingers 2 forwards good old 442 not everyones cup of tea but if it works who cares.

25 Sep 2020 23:27:15
Actually according to the bbc it's our worst start in 66 years, yikes.

Clough is god

1.) 25 Sep 2020 23:54:55
Thats the second new record under marinakis to go with karankas of not scoring.
Bit of a pattern emerging?

25 Sep 2020 23:25:56
Apparently this is our worst league run for 28 years says it all really. I was up for Lamouchi being given time when he started this season. But after just the Barnsley game then taking stock of our poor finishing at the end of last season I can see its game over. Then it got me thinking after about the 30 games and our credible away record I realised our piss poor home form and the fact we created very little in most games if not all games and our inability to finish games off we really weren't that good so either we were incredibly lucky to be in the play offs for so long or apart from the top 3 ir 4 teams the rest of the league was sh#te.

I do agree mate he has the ability to step up for sure. Wud be interesting if it happened to see wat class of players we could afford to bring in. But saying that I believe Carvalhio deserves a chance to shine.

Murphys record not that great 60 odd goals in 200 games. Maybe he's more of a feeder to the front man. Maybe he's like kevin campbell ian wright said he liked playing with campbell because he got in the way of defenders allowing wrighty space to run in and score. To be honest if we get a striker would like to see someone at least capable of scoring 15 odd goals in the championship.

Also remember Martin Oneil saying Clough told him he didn't score enough. Martin said he scored 2 goals in the next game and both times ran up to the dugout to celebrate. Clough's response dropped him for 2 weeks, classic Clough.

Jonathan Greening. On a different note Ian Wright on loan 12 games 6 goals liked that at the time and also Des Walker coming back for a second spell loved that ex lorry driving legend, just not in the fa cup final, sorry Des only joking.
