So now its Scot Carson from the shaggers as apparently the boss man wants an experienced goalkeeper in front of the ojion bag. If this rumour and talk is true then πŸ˜‚πŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ wat the πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯. I know sum paper talk is fodder but seriously come on Pants may not be the best keeper in the world but until someone half decent at a slightly younger age comes along surely he will do for now.

Yabba dabba do Barney Rubble better than Pants? Now you really are having a laugh! 🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣

2.) 07 Aug 2019 16:26:44
Pants is god awful and both him and Steele aren’t going to go up in price or be any sort of long term solution. Muric might be class long term but won’t be here next year. Both Samba and Carson would be a step up.
Still not top priority in my eyes but strikers who score are hard to find and cost a lot. still hope we can pull something off up front!

So rumours Marinkas looking to ship Carvalho Soudani and sum fringe players from the squad to Olympiacos. Freeing up quite a lot of cash rumoured to be at 15 million for Carvalhio. Cud be interesting if true especially regarding ffp.

Clough is god

1.) 09 Jun 2019 18:09:16
I can understand the fringe players being moved on, be it Olympaicos or anywhere else that would want them, i can see Soudani be moved on as he was injured most of last season and is 31 but Carvalho being gotten rid of to raise funds for other players is a shame.

Carvalho is the type of most teams would make their kingpin, he could well improve on last season if Martin played to his strengths.

It make the transfer window more tense to see who replaces him if he leaves.

2.) 09 Jun 2019 18:37:51
I do agree mate he has the ability to step up for sure. Wud be interesting if it happened to see wat class of players we could afford to bring in. But saying that I believe Carvalhio deserves a chance to shine.

3.) 09 Jun 2019 19:17:58
If joa goes and joe goes then where's the creative endeavour coming from can't see Watson doing much

4.) 09 Jun 2019 23:37:55
Creative lol a 13 million pound waste of space that couldn't create morph out of plastercine let's get our money back and invest it in a couple of decent players

5.) 10 Jun 2019 09:01:23
I think it’s bull. MON won’t last making these decisions.

6.) 10 Jun 2019 13:45:18
I would really like to see JC stay and get more game time this season,as said above we have like 10 midfielders on our books but definitely lack a creative edge.
Shipping him out makes zero sense to me

7.) 10 Jun 2019 15:10:54
"Morph out of plasticine"
Priceless Skeggsy!!!
????????????

8.) 11 Jun 2019 22:46:24
Well at least he stands a chance of being a "model" professional.

05 Jun 2019 18:46:49
Any news or gossip on players going out? Also how many loan players have we sent back, are we below 30 players in the squad yet?

Clough is god

1.) 05 Jun 2019 20:00:47
We don't keep loan players over the summer to mow the grass!πŸ™ƒπŸ€”

22 Dec 2018 18:48:35
Oh dear much improvement needed second half of season only 8 wins ain't going to cut it. Need players who will grab the game by the scruff. For all of carvalho's assists and ability to find space still seems a bit light weight to me. Still unable to put a run of wins together think we've only managed two on the trot once and that's not top 6 form. Come on lads get your act together at home massive points dropped again

We have yet to make the cg a fortress with nearly half a season gone we better get our skates on.

Clough is god

1.) 09 Dec 2018 11:40:46
We can't have a fortress when the drawbridge is permanently down!

2.) 10 Dec 2018 17:36:16
Yes you can as long as the portcullis is down.

3.) 10 Dec 2018 22:21:35
Antibiotics will clear that up

{Ed033's Note - Has someone got 'Brewers Droop'?

4.) 10 Dec 2018 23:18:51
Don't all answer at once?🀣🀣🀣
I'm all right the drawbridge is down tonight, just need to find the key to the portcullis 🀣🀣🀣🀣

5.) 11 Dec 2018 07:27:40

We've played 6 of the 8 teams above us and Fulham who are tipped for promotion. And the West Brom game would probably have been over by half time if it wasn't for....well, best not to dwell on that. For the first time in a long time, it really feels like onwards and upwards from here.

Love the understatement of some of the press this season as the BBC said ' there is no doubt forest deserved to win but Swansea were lacklustre. Nothing to do with the fact we outplayed, outfought and were tactically better than them. Let's keep it that way under the radar that's the way I like it thank you. We have in the past gone one forward two back and a win against Barnsley will show what kind of mentality has been instilled into the team. Although early in the season the game on Saturday and a win will show massive intent and possibly set the precedent of where we finish after 46 games. Slowly I'm gaining confidence in Lamouchi's squad, in the past I've not really been confident of us continuing by following up one good win and winning the next. But I'm slowly going from 'we will do well to finish to 10 this season ' to one of ' we just might have a really good chance of finishing top 6 here' . Keep proving me wrong boys as I love it, absolutely love it.

CIG, love the passion mate. πŸ‘.

What a fantastic display and result I'm eating my hat a lot recently and I don't mind one bit I tell you. Great team selection and formation testing lolley and bringing him on in the second half, brilliant and Carvalhio played not bad aswell. Other seasons past that would have been 0 0 like last season and again I'm eating my hat because Grabban was superb and has been so far this season seems to have a different attitude, defensively sound with Worrall and Dawson class and Samba a very calming influence at the back and loving Sow Sow Sow. Over the moon today let's hope it continues maybe just maybe Lamouchi just might do a decent job so far so good. Well done boys fully deserved and from what I heard the Forest fans absolutely first class again and I can't wait to get my first game in at the CG.

Clough is god

1.) 14 Sep 2019 17:17:28
Cloughie he is doing a great job and I'm convinced we'll win the league.
We have pace and power and a top keeper and a togetherness I've not seen in years.
We might have scored late to get the points but we created chances while samba wasnt troubled.
Lamouchi makes his selection but isn't afraid to change things.

2.) 14 Sep 2019 17:24:35
Great result - I feel bad though because when the goal went in I cashed my bet out 🀣
Confidence is building πŸ‘.

3.) 14 Sep 2019 17:33:24
Fantastic result, I know one thing i am glad I go to most games and don’t have to listen to radio Nottingham, too often, they seem more interested in non league football,

4.) 14 Sep 2019 18:18:06
Lol Stevie . it’s equality!

5.) 14 Sep 2019 18:35:22
2star radio Nottingham is a joke mate, no phone in anymore, think Leicester have one every night, derby have one, emphasis on a non league team getting 50% of the airtime, comparing a win over Halifax to a win away over a recent prem team, commentary on a non league team, and a league 2 side hardly mentioned, like I said pathetic.

6.) 14 Sep 2019 19:43:40
I unsubscribed long go mate.

02 Sep 2019 22:18:41
Cummings gone thank the lord too much trouble and not worth the effort. A decent clear out today some dollar back in the coffers and less players for Lamouchi to deal with in training.

Clough is god

1.) 04 Sep 2019 00:06:06
These players were not training with the squad anyway. We needed to trim the wage bill though.

01 Sep 2019 23:08:07
Bridcutt to Bolton on loan (possibly) hopefully he should get the game time and can be sold in January a good player but for whatever reason not liked by the last 3 managers. Ariyibi gone Appiah gone Bridcutt out on loan and Geddy gone recently squad trimming in place just a few more and the squad will look healthier. Hopefully will recoup money for Cummings and Clough to add to the coffers.

Clough is god

1.) 01 Sep 2019 23:16:36
Game time? He"ll play along with Hobbs whose just resigned they haven't got anything else, but two good pros who will help them on the road to recovery.

2.) 02 Sep 2019 15:04:27
I think the best thing for our squad trim is to do a care in the community deal with Bolton and send them as well as Bridcutt and Murphy, Clough and Cummings to join Hobbs? The last 2 are going to struggle to join a better club so playing together gives them all a chance to be successful under the new manager at Bolton.

If Cummings is seriously going to turn his career around a season playing along side Murphy is his best chance. More likely he just cops out and goes running home to Scotland never to be heard of again?

3.) 03 Sep 2019 00:41:36
Weren't they all players Warburton bought in surprises me why he hasn't had them all on a free or actually wasn't it Warburton that wanted them but got stuck with them πŸ€”πŸ˜.

Murphys record not that great 60 odd goals in 200 games. Maybe he's more of a feeder to the front man. Maybe he's like kevin campbell ian wright said he liked playing with campbell because he got in the way of defenders allowing wrighty space to run in and score. To be honest if we get a striker would like to see someone at least capable of scoring 15 odd goals in the championship.

Agreed mate haven't watched in England in years got bored of watching them. So much talent over the years but useless with it only we could have Lampard and Gerrard and somehow not make it work. To be fair we have a very good qualifying record in games won lost and drawn its actually quite impressive but its tournaments we are parp in. Although Southgate has improved us I'm not jumping the gun to watch them anytime soon. Anyways back to real football 3 points against the swans will be huge for us so COYR let's smash em.

Always hated that sheep shagging turd loving the fact over 23,000 reds fans stuck the knife in to 3,000 woolly loving shag bags. I bet you they all saying "it don't matter it's only the cup, we can concentrate on the league now, we will take 6 points off them in the league". don't you just love being a red this morning.

Great analogy Stevie but too true wasnt long ago Man City were just a nameless team struggling in the lower leagues. Now because of the super rich spending power of their owners they are regarded as one of the best teams in the world. Such ashame money talks barring Liverpool and Man Utd who have always been regarded as big respectful teams you only have to throw a billionaire into a club who gets it right and all of a sudden they think they own the footballing world.

Preston all the way don't think we going to win the cup and even if we were to knock out a couple of decent teams along the way people only remember the winners. 3 points everytime.

Totally agree Skeggy Jay no more chopping and changing gaffers, stick with him if we build a fortress at the CG and finish top 10 it will be a decent season. Then as you say add a bit more obviously get rid of a few and push on for top 6. Enjoy those Stellar stella's think they'll taste better tonight pal 😜😜😜😜😜.
