Seems to be really good things happening at our club now. This young Riera sounds very good from the write ups. Gets yer feelin well positive about the coming season Ed don't it? Maybe with a few more new faces like this and a few injuries clearing up wow. The roof will lift off come the first game. can't wait. COYR

Yeah its good that we are looking at quality young players to add to what we already have. I get the feeling that we are building some momentum before a ball has even been kicked.

Seems legit to me. With a manager supporting development of youth this may be the first of a few top quality young check ins. With speed we are closing deals seems we have a bit more organisation and harmony behind the scenes. Roll on the new season.
No doubt Fawaz and SP want a top two finish. Hope they are watching at the ipoo stadium

Jon and edski you've hit the nail on the head!
I'm worried obviously due to defensive injuries (& now Reidy ) but part of me thinks that especially if Haidera signs too how will we keep um all happy?
It'll be mad ironic if and when that happens!
Can't see JL being too happy if he has to play second fiddle for a start.
I think this every preseason but this year it all feels different and I really do think we'll have a good one.
Miss out on play offs and consolidate for next year I'd take. is it too greedy to wish for Automatics?

If he had that much potential then surely they would have retained his services?

And no not slating the guy before (if) he joins but just stating the obvious!

Any player who's come through the Barcelona youth set up is worth a punt. He will do very well for us and who better to develop him than SP himself

The fact that most people on Spain are baffled that he was not given a pro contract at barca speaks volumes

If he's any good he'll probably get a chance of first team football at Forest (be next in line after Wilson, Hobbs and Lascelles, two of who are likely to be injured a lot) this season, whereas he'd be waiting years at Barca.
