I've heard we are interested in Guedioura initially on loan or Palacios on loan till January to cover for Cohen's injury.

I think Cohen may be forced to retire.

Is it just me that thinks Tesche is superb? I have been massively impressed so far. I don't think he has given the ball away from memory and would be more than happy with him being a starter instead of Cohen. I haven't seen anyone else talking him up so wondered what others thought?

Why are people so obseesed with guediora, he left us let's move on, do you forget how many times he gave the ball away with a poor pass.

Every time I have seen Tesche play, he has been superb. Quietly gets on with it, rarely puts a foot wrong. Classy.

I have said the same thing in another post. When he came on against Derby on Sunday he did a great job in a very quiet and efficient way. Broke up the play and distributed the ball very well, and not afraid to have a shot at goal too.

Totally agree the best signing we've made along with mancienne solid. i have to be honest never heard of him before top bit of business by the club.

He does look a good player but I also rate Vaughan. If Reid is out for tomorrow I would like to see these 2 in the middle should we stay with the same formation.

Perks - putting a not match fit Vaughan into the starting line up isn't the best idea seating as he keeps getting injured it's best to use him sparingly till he a fully match fit rather than over doing this when not match fit. 4-4-2 with tesche and Lansbury in cm and pato and Antonio on the wings and Britt and Lars up front.

Tesche has been great its true. But he is in the Vaughan mould. A fine possession player, tidy and efficient but not the bundle of energy and robust tackling that Cohen is. In this division you need an enforcer and, while I've loved our start we haven't always played a short passing possession game. We play with energy, width, pace, directness and counter attacking flair. Moves are swiftly put together and hit hard and fast. I hated Guediora in the holding role (lack of discipline and rash) but as an all action presence he wouldn't be a bad addition. I'd still rather look elsewhere though!

Up the forest I'll leave it to the forest management team to decide if Vaughan is fit enough.
In regard to players keep getting injured, think you could say the same for Cohen Reid Lansbury Wilson, do we not play these when passed fit?
Can't see Burke getting dropped.

I tend to agree with the op and can't help but think the worse for poor old Chrissy Cohen, but hoping for the best still

Tesche looks like a different player to the one I saw in Bielfeld a few years ago. He should get a run of games now Cohen is injured hopefully he keeps this level up,. As for Cohen, I hope he recovers but I agree with Dingbat you do fear the worst.
