If you believe the gossip then I think Chambers would be a decent one. Mcormack. do you really want a bloke who couldn't be bothered to climb over a four foot fence to go training?
More interested in how much dead wood we can offload ie dumitru, kassami, bendtner et al. Not hopeful on that one.

I'm not in the know but there is probably more to the story than not just climbing over a fence. Bruce is a stubborn character at the best of times. Ross McCormack would be a good signing as if he knuckled down and got back to his usual form then not only would it benefit NFFC but also him, us and/or another club as he'd be in the shop window because he has nothing to lose after the Villa stories. Win/win if he knuckles down.

Look at it this way. Fawas will be desperate to win favour with fans. A successful transfer window with chambers McCormack as well as others would certainly make a statement. Both are proven as stars in this league. It would certainly solidify the back as well as improving our fire power. I don't care if it's McCormack or Rhodes or any prolific championship striker. If you have assombalonga and bentner snapping at your heals, you are going to perform. McCormack is going to have a point to prove for sure. Chambers and Hobbs as centre backs too? Forget about it. All of a sudden we are a top top team.
