i see a lot of people praising Osborn for his display but I think the best decision pearce made was keeping Lansbury and gardener holding and letting tesche push on to support the forwards. he was outstanding yesterday and we need to sign him permanent easily man of the match if it wasn't for the match winner from osborn. everytime time we got the ball tesche was bombing forward to support. and its nice to see him and Osborn taking the pressure off Antonio to be the main man. I know I said I want the sheep to beat us so pearce got sacked but I was wrong. a win against the sheep was much more satisfying. just frustrated we can't play like that against the lesser teams but totally out play one of the most effective possession teams in the league

Just what the club needed to do it against our local Rivale was even sweeter, let's hope SP keeps the Same Team and Formation for the game against Fulham Along with the Same Level of commitment and fight.

Lots of us have been saying for Weeks that SP needs to push the midfield further up the pitch to Support as our nearest and no so dearest like to call him non league that's two games against the sheepy's two Goals how many as Martin scored against us. Well in SP and your players Monday Morning in work is going to be Sweet.

Tesche has signed permanent. his contract runs out at the end of the season, but he will sign for another season.

Tesche is unspectacular yet absolutely necessary. He gives the impression he is difting in out of games but he has the ability to intercept & tackle like no other player in the team. The genius in moving Tesche further forward for me yesterday was that, using these strengths, he stopped Derby playing from the back.

Nice to see you are starting to appreciate the building blocks SP is putting in place.
Tesche looked like our most crucial midfielder and the type of player we have been missing for ages when we signed him. He is now getting stronger and stronger.
I do agree that we need to press higher up the park and he needs to take the lead now with the front 5.

On the Tesche note, l am a massive fan. If we don't get him to sign a new contract he will be a massive loss. Even bigger bearing in mind the embargo. His touch and pass to set Osbourn away and then to get up and keep pace with him was class.
