As it stands this is an awful transfer window. We've let our top goalscorer and arguably our best player leave, which I appreciate may have been out of our control. But to not bring in a couple of players with half decent goalscoring history is poor management, especially when you look how difficult we've found creating chances this season. Letting Patterson leave seems strange when this could have been his chance to step up to the mark, he's proved in the past that he knows where the net is. I fear by the end of the month we will be in the bottom two. Only Rotherham who seem obsessed with signing our cast offs will be below us. I hope I'm wrong and the manager makes a late signing to "excite the fans" but somehow I doubt it.

Yes , the silence from the club is deafening but a lot being said on the bird site that deals have gone through for Williams , mendes and oliviera just waiting on official site confirmation !

Even if we are left with just O'Grady I'm not disappointed. We have loads of talent in our youngsters, we should take the risks and let them step up to the plate once and for all.

Cannot believe some of the comments coming from some of our FANS?!!.
Don't they understand our hands are tied we hve no money to spend because of FFP rules we are having to make and do . the fact we have brought in who we have should be accepted as the best we can do . under the circumstances . understand we can only offer 10,000 per week we cannot buy anybody we are under an embargo
I'm just as frustrated about it but it is what it is.
