FFP rules? Villa have overspent their £39m losses, for 3 years, in one season. They have received extra investment as Doctor Xi can't get his money out of China. But is this not irrelevant? The losses have already been posted. My point is, Villa must still sell to balance the books? If not, clubs could sell to new owner every year and write off the debts? Any FFP experts able to clarify?

Even the people who made ffp havnt got a clue how it works and what is and isn’t allowed which is proved with the silly inconsistent fines.owners put money into a club but do it as a loan which means they are owed it back if they sell.an owner can write any debts off by putting money into the club with no agreement to have it handed back if he sells.most won’t do that tho as it’s a massive risk.ffp is trying to stop owners lending money then wanting it back leaving clubs potless.

The well trodden route is that you carry on spending and breach FFP to get promotion until put in embargo Then argue the toss and either offer to pay a few quid or get fined a fraction of what you have made?

Best not to wish bad on others and concentrate on forest, so far Scouse it's looking great business on and off the park,
I've took the p""s over the close season and it's just banter.
Think me and redinexile have some exchanges, but it's not meant and all I saw yesterday was a forest side that I've not seen before other than a few, and it looked like a team.
To bring in so many and get a performance is a remarkable acheivement,the hard work starts Saturday though, but I've never been more convinced after seeing a full 90 mins in preseason that we will do well.
So 10/1 at the bookies and have Liverpool for the prem is a good each way double.
Through Charlton in for a treble .
Ps I'll carry on taking the p""s and feel free to give it back.
Looking forward to a great entertaining season.

FFP is the biggest load of garbage in football, should just be plain and simple top division teams can spend 100m champ 30m etc etc then there's no over 3 year period everyone knows where they stand, if they go over that they get points deducted sounds simple don't it?
