Ff, It is not about what they are worth, although i agree with you, it is about that being about the top wage of some of our players and he is equal to, if not better than those players.

Simpe , pay a basic of £10,000 and the rest on results . No win no bonus . If they don,t like it shows what hope their is in the club . Might cause I'll feeling if someone not pulling their weight, so then buck your ideas up .

Not sure what MON is doing talking to Colback about his contract that's Dourekas' job according to his job description? But then the man is never heard or seen except when wanted to sit on bench!
