The reason it’s taken so long is because Man City and the premier league have had numerous meetings on how this plays out. Both will have come up with excuses to blag it. Just like Chelsea still spending copious amounts of money despite not being in the champions league, and signing Neto on 7 yr deal after the premier league have said 5 year maximum. Man Utd given special dispensation in covid to help with their losses and so on and so on!

I still have my season ticket and still love Forest but I feel in the last two years the Premier league circus has been found out to be 1 big corrupt farce, and the PGMOL in bed with them and all because the big 6 have said look after us or we leave and the premier league being a business do not want to loose their biggest asset/ customers.
The prem have been found out and they have still stuck two fingers up to say we are corrupt, we know we’re corrupt and we will continue to do it so keep your mouths shut! Watch this season as things unfold they are making it so blatantly obvious they are siding with the so called bigger clubs and it will be brushed under the carpet.
