Probably just lazy journalism but we're supposedly after Gnonto from Leeds.
Whenever I've seen him play I've thought he's a right pain in the arsenal so it's a yes from me if it's true.
1.) 24 Jun 2024 15:23:33
He’d be a good challenge to the already excellent wingers we have in CHO and Elanga. He looks fast and tricky when I’ve seen him for Leeds and Italy.
It’s a yes also from me provided it doesn’t cost us points under FFP.
2.) 24 Jun 2024 19:24:13
Not heard a dickie bird about the interest in CHO from Spurs and others, thought he would be gone after all the speculation.
02 Aug 2019 13:40:16
Cheer up guys. Just heard we have rectified our right back problem.
Alan Hutton. Four year contract. Same agent as Murphy apparantly.
1.) 02 Aug 2019 14:29:40

2.) 02 Aug 2019 16:36:35

5.) 02 Aug 2019 19:37:14

7.) 02 Aug 2019 19:49:00

8.) 02 Aug 2019 21:08:27
Who is she?
9.) 02 Aug 2019 21:50:51
American actress. Died 2002. No relation I don't think!
10.) 02 Aug 2019 22:03:12

09 Mar 2019 23:18:43
Did anyone else see Milosevic feel his hamstring late on in the game. Hope it was only cramp.
Excellent defender. Brilliant positional awareness.
1.) 10 Mar 2019 04:25:12
O’Neil really knew where our weakness was from day one didn’t he
2.) 10 Mar 2019 10:07:08
Wague can always step in, no problem.
29 Jan 2019 11:07:02
Tyler Blackett from Reading on his way in.
1.) 29 Jan 2019 11:20:53
I only read we'd offered 500k. Accepted?
2.) 29 Jan 2019 11:56:07
Might be out of contract in the summer
3.) 29 Jan 2019 12:48:49
Regular England youth international only 24 can play left back and centre back. Looks like we are covering Robinson. A pinch if only £500,000.
4.) 29 Jan 2019 13:45:29
Ex man u dross no thanks, look what happened when we had that Stewart from manutd admittedly many years ago but all he kept going on about was how they did things at old Trafford- I'm sure dj had a big fall out with him !
5.) 29 Jan 2019 14:16:05
This is just bizarre !
6.) 29 Jan 2019 16:20:26
What is bizarre
7.) 29 Jan 2019 23:57:21
It's a market,in places like Egypt, a bit like sneinton market, but with more carpets on sale. 🤔🤔
24 Jan 2019 12:21:21
Medical and taxi for Dias.
Great news.
1.) 24 Jan 2019 16:07:36

4.) 24 Jan 2019 17:02:05
Hopefully Appiah will get a proper chance now he has signed long term contract and the headless chicken has been shipped to Greece!
5.) 24 Jan 2019 19:45:14
Isn't there any room for Goncalves on the 'plane?
6.) 24 Jan 2019 21:08:26
Dias has gone. The Portuguese experiment is beginning to fall apart.
7.) 25 Jan 2019 16:52:09
Simple fact is the so called Portuguese experiment wasn't a complete failure, everyone expected too much too soon from players who are slight and obviously not used to the championship, they should have been brought in gradually and not thrown to the lions, all three have played for better teams than us in benfica and Monaco and now Dias is going to play champions/ Europa league football, I am guessing we have missed out there just wasn't brought on well at FOREST and utilised properly.
8.) 25 Jan 2019 19:11:53
Have you looked where Monaco ate in the French league?
More chance he'll be playing in France's 2nd division
Champions league?🤣🤣🤣
9.) 26 Jan 2019 09:19:24
Think they were in le bistro last I heard 🤣

That was the best result for us tonight. Can't stand Shi#eh but that means just 9 more points for European football next season. Probably take a couple more for Champions league.
Rather not leave it till the last match.
1.) 22 Apr 2025 23:19:55
4 more points would practically guarantee European football.
Chances are we probably wouldn't even need that.
8th are well adrift now.
12 Apr 2025 21:48:51
My take on today.
Very poor quality from both sides. Everton did a job on us because we didn't seem up for it.
Can't believe Yates didn't start. That sort of fixture, he should be first name on the team sheet.
We move on.
10 Apr 2025 20:05:59
Don't know if this question has already been asked.
So England gets 5 places in next seasons Champions League, we all assume they go to the top 5.
However, the winners of the Europa league automatically qualify for the league stage of the Champions league next season.
What happens if Man U win it or Chelsea win it and finish outside the top 5?
Does anyone know for certain?
1.) 10 Apr 2025 20:13:26
As I read it gaz it's the top five regardless and if a side like villa win champions league but finished outside top five then they are added
Plus if man utd or spurs win euro league they will also be added so could be seven.
2.) 10 Apr 2025 20:28:25
Yes top 5 guaranteed and if spurs or United win the euro league they'd be a extra spot for them (meaning 6 places).
Technically if city were still in the champs league and won it finishing outside the top 5, England could have had 7 places (if someone won the euro league also) ?.
3.) 10 Apr 2025 20:29:08
Sorry DTP never saw your post, spot on mate.
4.) 10 Apr 2025 20:31:40
And Chelsea don't count because they are in the conference league.
5.) 10 Apr 2025 20:42:01
And i suppose i doing villa a disservice but seeing PSG last night i don't get them much hope. ?.
6.) 10 Apr 2025 20:56:08
Winter never apologise to me ?
Spent a lot of holiday time in Cornwall as a kid and took my kids
Brother had a place there in Bude for his last years, buitifull county with the best beaches and surfing, although I only do body boarding.
7.) 11 Apr 2025 11:29:10
"Champions league" a place for finishing 5th is misnomer, it's really UEFA trying to get a European league through the back door!.
02 Apr 2025 17:48:27
My take on last night.
From my seat in the Upper Clough was that it was a really hard watch. Edge of the seat stuff. Can't believe we actually had 33% possession, seemed much less to me.
Great aggressive defensive performance and what a fantastic goal. The ground erupted.
Shout out to Awoniyi. Often ridiculed on here. He put in a fantastic shift.
1.) 02 Apr 2025 18:55:15
Gazzi, I’m BC Upper too. I’ll have to come and introduce myself one day.
I agree after Elangas brilliant opener it was a hard watch. They had many more good chances than us ( Sels opening save, their free header onto the crossbar, Mounts miss after Malenkovic’s rare blunder in the D, Murillo s last second goal line clearance. If any of those had gone in it would have changed the course of the game.
At times it was like Robert Gibbs famous painting of the “ thin Red line” of the Sutherland Highlanders at Balaclava……
Having said that, resistance was fierce with some crunching tackles like Nico’s and Yates several times on Fernandes. We did very well and deserved a bit of luck with our recovery time disadvantage and injuries to key players. I thought the introduction of Morata and Dominquez was crucial and Sousa did well too.
2.) 02 Apr 2025 19:10:46
My Daughter's Man United mad boyfriend called in earlier "There wasn't much in it Rogie? "
Quick as a flash I replied "There is mate? 20 points actually! "
???.
3.) 02 Apr 2025 20:48:20
I'm in upper bc to, right on front row, good job to or we'd be watching league one football if it wasn't for my bedsheet banner and hugton?? got sacked next day ???
No need to thank me ????.
4.) 03 Apr 2025 21:02:23
Ff. Still makes me laugh thinking about that banner.
5.) 03 Apr 2025 21:32:25
I've got a picture of it
I'll try and put it on sightings
Got hammering on twitter apparently for spelling his nane wrong, but I'm not on twitter?.
24 Mar 2025 19:23:53
As one of the few patriotic people on this site, I'm settling down to support my country.
My Mrs has just remarked "how refreshing it is to see only men on the pre match panel".
I'm not sexist in any way but I've got to agree with her.
There is more women's football on terrestrial tv than there is men's, there are plenty of matches for women pundits.
C' Mon England.
1.) 24 Mar 2025 19:30:04
Enjoy gazzi
Should be an easy win.
2.) 24 Mar 2025 20:04:33
Cmon England with a German manager. patriotic ?? can't believe I'm missing daisy for this shite ?.
3.) 24 Mar 2025 20:14:01
Haha completely agree Gazz, although this game sucks, we're lucky not to be one down which would have been hilarious, loving that the Latvian RB has Rashford in his pocket, 300k a week vs one pound fifty a week ??.
4.) 24 Mar 2025 20:19:23
And on my footy acca its only us not winning ??.
5.) 24 Mar 2025 20:28:57
That was a stunning free kick ????
Half time rashford, bowen and particularly rogers off as he's done absolutely nothing.
6.) 24 Mar 2025 21:05:38
No way Skeggs!
Maria is waaaay better mate!
7.) 24 Mar 2025 21:32:24
What is the point of MGW being called up.? 3-0 up and he brings on Foden, Henderson, Walker, who he saw against Albania. The latter two are surely not going to the World Cup. Foden shows no reason to be picked either. Albania and Latvia, and Andorra do not present any sort of challenge.
8.) 24 Mar 2025 22:00:43
Bang on doc
What can tt learn from bringing them on?
9.) 24 Mar 2025 22:11:10
She's not bad rogie ?? but neither can beat my old girl Gail ?.
10.) 24 Mar 2025 22:17:43
Even me or you could top the keague with the players at England's disposal doc m
Henderson, walker, burn, rashford, bowen?
What do they bring to the table going forwards?
I'll tell you
Nothing at all
Hopefully tutchel with throw his dummy out like usual and do one.
27 Mar 2025 20:15:03
Is that the whole of Cuba Ff or part of it. It's a very big island.
22 Sep 2024 17:24:33
Funny.
15 Aug 2024 11:37:38
Thats not what RHR thinks.
03 Jun 2024 12:51:37
That's made it clear then. !
25 Dec 2023 10:04:10
Perko. Absolutely brilliant post mate.
25 Apr 2025 17:33:30
I'm a bit older than you mate.
George broke his leg really badly and was never quite the same player after.
It took Mcgovern time to settle in. and he wasn't that popular at first I recall.
25 Apr 2025 16:00:22
Nice one Mossy. I was there standing on the old top. Duncan turned em inside out right in front of where we stood. I used to really like George Lyall. He didn't half get stuck in.
Great memories.
23 Apr 2025 09:29:41
Ed 1. I mentioned English because I'm English and he's our patron saint that's all. The other countries you correctly list may celebrate too. I'm also aware that the man himself was an immigrant. That makes no difference at all, I'm still going to celebrate the day and I hope you have a good one too.
{Ed001's Note - sorry mate, just used to, when younger, working with a bunch of National Front, Chelsea Headhunter pricks. They used to go all in on St George's day and wouldn't even believe he wasn't English. That was in the days before the Internet and they were too stupid to read a book to get information.}
23 Apr 2025 08:16:00
Absolutely Bowie, Happy St George's Day to all Englishmen and women.
{Ed001's Note - why just Englishmen and women? You do realise that, for starters he was not English and he is patron of more than just England? What about Georgia? Ethiopia? Portugal? Brazil? Russia? Bulgaria? I could go on, as there are a lot more. He was an immigrant as well.}
22 Apr 2025 15:44:31
As always Stinky.
