If Mangala goes in this window I think omabamadele could take Murrilo’s place and I personally would play him in Mangala’s position. He can run with the ball, get further up the pitch and tackle well. Wouldn’t need him to head the ball as much? I would be happy to see Murillo and Sangare bossing the midfield.

Nonsense he's a defender not a midfielder, he's 21 and hasn't got 50 appearances to his name
He's playing in front of two really bad keepers and his defensive partner changes weekly
If he was midfield he wouldn't have the time on the ball as he'd be further forwards and wouldn't be any good, he's a defender end of and that's where Cooper and nuno play him, needs a partner on a regular basis
Enjoy while you can he will be gone soon for mega bucks and he won't be playing in midfield.

That was a Nuno team playing the Nuno way. The result would have been the same or worse if Nuno was still here.
One or two weeks with the squad and in my opinion Ange will improve us.
Sangare, Hudson odoi, Wood, gibbs white out with
Bakwa, Kalimuendo/ jesus, Macatee and Luiz in

If you listen to Anges post match interview he says he didn't want to disrupt the group anymore than they already had been this week, which i think is a fair comment. Guessing that in the coming week once he's had them on the training ground that'll change.
As for all the doom predictions, how many sides are going to go to Arsenal and come back with 3 points? Maybe 1 or 2 in an entire season. ?.

I get the impression Ange knew what was going to happen today so he put out a Nuno side which was as expected failed spectacularly, which gives him a clean sheet to pick the players HE wants. as for mgw if it's true he has to start every game, then start him then sub him after five minutes, because the way I see it he's done with forest and we can't play with ten men. If we carry on with style of play it's the championship for us. as for sangare words escape me. Don't worry posters I've got my tin hat on.

I am a bit fed up of Nunos antics and to be fair it’s not the first time. Always going to part ways after criticising Marianakis, so a new chapter in forests history begins. I am grateful for what Nuno has done for us but defensive tactics, and giving up possession in games to only hit on the break finally got worked out by the opposition and no plan b left me a little frustrated. His wish to work with a small squad that wasn’t rotated took its toll in the end, and I believe the fatigue in the squad caused our collapse in the end. He has requested a small squad again this year which when you are competing in four competitions is insane, when we tired in only three competitions last season.
So in Marianakis and Edu I trust and If and it’s a big IF Ange is appointed then we have to get behind him. After all his attacking play was very good, with a high press and attractive football. His only thing was defensively he was found lacking, but then he never had the centre backs, full backs and goal keeper we have. Not to mention Douglas Luiz and Anderson as CDM’s
It’s a roller coaster ride at Forest at the moment so strap in and enjoy the ride.

Just a thought? Tottenham make a bid for MGW. Illegal in the manner it’s done or not, let’s say Tottenham never wanted to sign him but by turning his head, and hoping for the move has now made his staying at Forest very unlikely. So what now? We lose our best player destabilising our team and club morale, gives the top ten teams a better chance of finishing above us? Could just be a bit of sabotage? We should offer an amount for Brennan Johnson to take him back have talks and then say nah, changed our minds. This will show spurs what it’s like to mess with players heads.

The dust has settled (a little) and I’ve had a little time to reflect. I predicted with a few of the lads I go down to forest with, that we would be presented with the opportunity to get into the top five yesterday and that we would not grasp the nettle and go for it. I blame Nuno. Not because of yesterday but in general, and I’ll explain why.
He said when taking the managers job that he wanted a small squad, that was his first mistake. Now I understand that we had no idea we we’re going to be top 5 for most of the season, but surely every team starts a season with high hopes or what’s the point. Surely a good cup run at least, meaning.

I think Nuno should be dismissed. We were taken as far as cooper could before Nuno and Nuno got us to the next stage which is premier league mid table. Now we need the next step which is a manager who can
keep us towards the top 5 and play a more attractive style of football. Don’t get me wrong I love what cooper and Nuno have done for us but it has always been defensive. We have done really well this season but we have been found out and Nuno has no plan B. We are a boring team to watch.

I almost agree MUNMAD. Personally I think that Morgan’s heart wasn’t in it as soon as Tuchel said he wasn’t going to pick anybody unless they were in the elite 6 teams. Not that spurs are but they are considered to be? Once he played for England he has rubbed shoulders with top six teams players. No doubt he is a good player. With better quality around him he will shine. We are a minnow in the food chain and we have to accept that at the moment. Increase stadium capacity, keep finding Gems making Profit to pay more wages and slowly we start to dream big. I feel we can be an elite club but we have to keep improving but by bit. Elanga and MGW are definitely replaceable.

The reason it’s taken so long is because Man City and the premier league have had numerous meetings on how this plays out. Both will have come up with excuses to blag it. Just like Chelsea still spending copious amounts of money despite not being in the champions league, and signing Neto on 7 yr deal after the premier league have said 5 year maximum. Man Utd given special dispensation in covid to help with their losses and so on and so on!
I still have my season ticket and still love Forest but I feel in the last two years the Premier league circus has been found out to be 1 big corrupt farce, and the PGMOL in bed with them and all because the big 6 have said look after us or we leave and the premier league being a business do not want to loose their biggest asset/ customers.
The prem have been found out and they have still stuck two fingers up to say we are corrupt, we know we’re corrupt and we will continue to do it so keep your mouths shut! Watch this season as things unfold they are making it so blatantly obvious they are siding with the so called bigger clubs and it will be brushed under the carpet.

Derby minimum of 8 means 8 and then more if a goal is scored or subs or trainers come on. If no incidents occur then it’s a straight 8 mins. The ref set his watch to those 8 mins and and gets a buzz in the wrist when it’s up. Your are never going to convince me bud sorry! ?♂️?♂️.
