Has anyone heard rumours about Cooper doing interviews for the Crystal Palace vacancy, apparently unhappy with our ownership This according to Team talk on news now. Do we think it could be true. I hope it's not true.

Yes apparently he has interviewed twice for the position.

There were rumours during season that he was going to be sacked and replaced. That wasn't true and nor is this.

Looking at local London press, Palace were interested, mainly if we went down and he was sacked. They now looking abroad. Interesting though that a prem side was looking at him if we went down.

Sharey, you say he wasn't going to get sacked but Marinakis after the match on Saturday more or less admitted to looking for another manager but couldn't find one that was available and better than Cooper. So, he would've git sacked if the owner could find another manager.

Marinakis made a blunder when he said that. Really disrespectful to Cooper. He’s done miracles for this club.

I’m not sure he did, there are always lots of good managers about but they would need to be exceptional to have been a better bet than cooper. All he says is if you are going to get a new coach they have to be better then the one you’ve got ……
There wasn’t a coach better than steve, pretty positive comment in my eyes.
