Just saw this on HITC putting that rumour to bed.
John Terry has posted on his Instagram story that he wants to 'distance' himself from the Nottingham Forest job.

How many times do managers get a vote of confidence from the board only to be sacked the next week.
He's just being polite and pointing out that at this moment hughton is still the manager.
He'll soon throw his hat in when hughton goes, which needs to be soon.

Great performance, well done all round, thought we would struggle without GW but the did us proud again.
Wood 1st goal was an absolute clase finish, keeper had no chance, CHO was unlucky not to get one 2.

Well done Forest, fantastic away 3 points yesterday, the start to the season just keeps getting better and a clean sheet away to boot.
Would have taken a point before kick off too.
Maybe/ hopefully that puts a pin in it for now for Nuno getting the tin tack for some people, always good to see the manager and team prove people wrong time and again, never gets old:)

I hope fans at home start to love and embrace the manager more, I fully understand the feelings towards cooper and I think it’s right cooper is so revered but Nuno is our king now. The affinity with the manager drives the atmosphere at home, we need to get that back, Nuno has earned our attention now surely?

Doc, I think you are dealing with symantec's when you say 3 teams poorer than ours, or is it our team better than theirs?
You can paint it how you want, is the rest of the league poorer than City, yes, what a negative way to view things though, doesn't make everyone else shite.
Not sure what Sels could have done about the goal, he's been pretty solid for us to be fair, if he makes a clanger then Miguel will come in.
Sangare is heads and shoulders better than O'Brien, he hasn't ripped up any trees since leaving us, not sure how he keeps popping up, championship player is all.
We've had a decent start to be fair, I know we have harder games to come but jeez, we haven't been played off the park or beat yet.

Don't rate Forest against top sides who have spent 100's of millions more and years assembling title challenging Premiership teams, lol, reality check time DTP.
We have well punched above our weight this year, Nuno and the team have been fantastic.
