Just saw this on HITC putting that rumour to bed.
John Terry has posted on his Instagram story that he wants to 'distance' himself from the Nottingham Forest job.

Gutted for Saints being booted out, I get it if it was behind closed doors, but if you don't want people looking in, draw the bedroom curtains. (Not a peeping Tom by the way :)
It's always the fans that end up suffering, feel bad for them for what would have been a great day out for them, hope Hull win now.
Also hope Chelsea win tonight and have that relegation fight go down to the last day, it would be cracking.

To be fair, mate, Saints have admitted to multiple charges. Ipswich and Oxford games also had a peeping tom in the bushes. Oxford should feel particularly hard done by, since they went down. Doc, I think you are dealing with symantec's when you say 3 teams poorer than ours, or is it our team better than theirs?
You can paint it how you want, is the rest of the league poorer than City, yes, what a negative way to view things though, doesn't make everyone else shite.
Not sure what Sels could have done about the goal, he's been pretty solid for us to be fair, if he makes a clanger then Miguel will come in.
Sangare is heads and shoulders better than O'Brien, he hasn't ripped up any trees since leaving us, not sure how he keeps popping up, championship player is all.
We've had a decent start to be fair, I know we have harder games to come but jeez, we haven't been played off the park or beat yet.

I agree, Oakham. Palmer and Foden being left at home is the correct decision after their respective seasons.
I don't live near Nottingham, and people where I drink all say that MGW should have been on the plane; seems just about everyone apart from the manager.
However, I don't think we can really take too much from these pointless friendlies and judge the team on them. It's just about acclimatising, and no one wants to get injured now.

Ha ha, we did ours today at work too, Red, DR Congo and Morocco.
Semi-finalists at the last World Cup, I think, but I bet they can't cheat their way to this trophy.
We also have the worst team and the goal of the tournament, so there is still something to go for with the poorer teams.
