Having a knowledge of what positions playerror play in is a very small part of managing a team Redinexile, so that was not something I was suggesting.

I personally do think we have to take one step back to move two forward. The club has got to forget promotion and start getting the right foundations in place on, off the pitch before promotion is even considered.
