Some good news - Britt has stated he will not be going to the African Nations cup as he wants to concentrate on his football at Forest.

So that really means he is not fit for the African cup, and won't be fit for us either well into the New Year.

Can't we just take what he said and leave it at that ? The bloke has said what most of us wanted him to say (and do) but still gets ripped.

He's just coming back to fitness (hopefully) . The last thing he needs is 3 games in the space of 10-days of tournament football. Thankfully common sense has been applied for which we should be grateful, not cynical.

One day the moaners will understand that fundamentally we do have a bunch of decent and committed players who have been badly let down by their current employers. Would you give 100% if your pay cheque rarely landed when expected and the off field staff were so demotivated by the Fawaz Circus?

I'm not a constant moaner, but I do criticise. As for the "decent and committed players" do they include those who laid down and died V Wolves?

Some good news post that immediately turns against Fawaz from Redinexile. No not defending the latter but be a little bit positive for a change. Is it the employers who demotivate the players or whinging barstewards in the stands? Anyway glad has decided to put club before country on this occasion and hopefully he'll stay fit :) PS Bah Humbug LOL.

No what it means is he has only trained a few days with us and thought it was best not to go. he will be in the squad on Boxing Day. he won't be fully fit this season anyway and anybody who thought he would come back and have no problems is off there head. he's basically had his knee put back together and fans moan that he doesn't play much.

Redinexile, i'd love to be able to try and get by on say,15,20 grand a month. (oops make that a week, and leave to party in London) in my job, and only putting in half the effort. and "they'e been badly let down". REALLY! 🤔🤔🤔.

if the pay check was for an ordinary working man, i'd be pissed off. but they earn more in a month than so do for the years. they know they will get paid, unlike some, whos company goes t*ts up.

Does not matter what size the pay cheque is. If you have no respect for the guy who pays the bills then you hardly want to run through a brick wall for him? Why should the players not be as apathetic as the fans with the way the club is run? With the exception of Antonio no one recently has asked to leave which actually supports the view that they do care? I care but I will not put money into the Fawaz pocket and go to away games instead until the deluded chancer leaves! Stop getting on the players back and support the team and manager. It's Fawaz that is the problem!
