Every transfer window it is the same old thing with Lansbury, i say let him go for about 6million after the Goat Eater has left so we keep the money🎅💰😎.

if your buying a player from forest you must be desperate, lansbury and co are just not prem, i know some thing lansbury is, but think about who else have come in for him apart from yoyo clubs.

Never get 6 for player who, s contract is running down. On the subject of Lasbury, if Arsen wasn, t obsessed with foreign players and had let Henri develope at Arsenal he, d be a hell of a player now but that, s what happens in English football. CARLO.

Agree, every transfer window same old thing with Lansbury I too think it would be for the best if he moves on, along with all the players that see Forest as an easy ride and a big pay day, it's about time we got some players who show some pride in wearing the once great shirt of Forest and play with some passion, maybe players who have a point to prove or up and coming players like the lad from Grimsby.

Lansbury is by far the best player at our club and inspires the team. Can anyone name any other player in his class. At this club. He should go to Watford and further his ambitions. The club have lost two and drawn one without him. It will be interesting to see the score against Barnsley without him.

It's funny how all the players you do not rate go on to play with a better club in a higher division! Forest will be a much worse position without Lansbury. How can anyone say he does not show pride in wearing the shirt? Unbelievable comment!

Lansbury would be a lot better player with better players around him. He's not the finished article by a long way but is good enough for the Watford starting line up/squad. Trouble at Forest for him he's playing with players around him who cannot see past the next pass which mostly they never pull of anyway. He's stood by the club many transfer windows. Have your time Henri and move on, Don't let this unambitious club stand in your way to much longer. Your not getting younger either. Have your payday and prem chance. And you'll get your wages on time.

He may not be outstanding, but he's probably our best midfielder and better than any we could realistically get in to replace him in Jan. If we are to stay up we need to keep him.

I take it all those that don't rate Lansbury didn't go to Villa or Barnsley. Without his drive and tenacity in midfield we are nothing. Just look at our last 3 results without him. Ok he might not be Premiership class but we would certainly miss him at Championship level.

Get rid of Lansbury? November's Championship player of the month and replace with who exactly? He's a top player for us and not difficult to see how we've missed him the last 3 games, coincidence, I don't think so. If he was so poor why are people interested in buying him, it's not his fault he gets linked with other teams:) .

Carlo who are these best players that we have got rid of? over the last 5years I can only think of one best player that has left.

If Lansbury sorted his discipline out he would easily be in the Premiership.

uptheforest - maybe not our 'best' player at the time of the deal but we have sold some very good players over the last 5 years: McCleary, Gunter, Antonio, Burke, Guediora, Lascelles, Darlow, Bamford. If we'd managed to hang on to some of them, maybe we'd be better off (? ) - it works both ways - some players want instant reward and aren't willing to wait but equally the club has got to show top talent that they have the right intent and desire.

Mccleary turned down a new contract with us so he wanted to leave. Gunter went to a prem team so again he wanted better things for himself. Guediora again went to a prem club. Same with darlow and lacelles. as a player that's what you want to play at a better level. Like a lot of you say working under fawaz is painful so why wouldn't you want to leave?

uptheforest - I cannot disagree with you or Carlo - it's a tricky situation for any club with a good academy or scouting system - as soon as you find talent other clubs want them - if the club doesn't make the player believe that they are going ob to better things then of course they'll leave - but you can't achieve those things without talented players - the Forest paradox. Hopefully this time next year we'll all be a bit more optimistic. Merry Christmas.
