I have never met a more negative manager than df. That was such a negative performance today it was not real. even when leeds scored he could have brought on blackstock but choose to bring on Burke a midfielder instead. sorry people we are going nowhere with this man.

You couldn't see that our strikers were starved of service because Leeds dominated the middle?

Burke who crashed the post?

Only the sheep and boro have taken more points from the last 8 games and still you whine on!

Really liked the look of young Ollie Burke when he came on, real shame he hit the post.

The football by forest was great today the attacking was good but we have the same old problem we can't finish a game off but perks and positive I suggest next time we play douggie plays you both at left back and right back because you seem really good at defending the bloke.

Disagree at times it looked easy one laps in concentration cost us the goal would have bin nice to win but it's ok I thought the defence was very good played as a team I can see what df is trying to do and it could be working he is trying to play a different way to other teams because a lot of team play the same in this league sometimes it will work and sometimes it won't I am made up with someny fans going to the game well done lads and let's move on to the next game.

I agree with garrytoon, df is very negative. Leeds certainly deserved at least a draw. My point is though that today you could see that Leeds in my opinion had far greater individual skills in most departments, but to df favour all the Forest players seem to give their all for the manager. There appears to be a great team spirit which i feel we should applaud. This spirit should see end up with a top half finish but certainly no more.

I'm defending the players Skeg. Just pointing out that Burke was a inches away from scoring. I'm a bit disappointed to be honest. Thought we needed the win really with a couple of difficult looking away games coming up.
What worried me about the game today was how much space they seemed to have down our flanks.
All in all we are bang on where I thought we would be half way through the season, mid table.
For a team that is under embargo and has 5 first team players are out we are doing ok. Season of stability for me.

Thought we should have won today. We looked very comfortable in defence and with a bit more quality with the final pass on the break would have scored more goals, think Britt will be a big boost towards the end of the season.

I have absolutely no issue with them having 70 % possession when the majority of it is with their own back 4 or in their half. For all their so called dominance they had no shots on target whatsoever and not even a remotely decent chance.
My issue is with why we get to last twenty minutes and suddenly drop even further down the pitch. Exactly the same against mk last week and it nearly cost us. In both games we have gone from looking comfortable to giving the opposition routes back into the game.
Today we looked rock solid again in defence and very comfortable playing a system that perhaps some don't like, but one which has been effective the past 6-7 games.
We are making progress and picking up points which is the main thing at the moment, end of story. From where we were prior to the derby game I find it really difficult to moan and some credit has to go to both DF and the players for turning it around and going in the right direction.

I have the feeling if we were 10 pts clear at the top you would still be moaning, only the top two have taken more points from the last 8 games, those are facts that you cannot argue with (can you? ) , they don't have the injury list or embargo to contend with so for me DF is doing a cracking job.

Positive did you read my post or just the bit you wanted to read lol douggie is no more than a average league 1 manager and the sooner we get out of this ffp you will run out of excuses for sticking up for him he's a draw master any other half decent manager would of had is team finishing that game and the last few games off at half time I think we have a decent team in this league under the ffp and if we of had a better manager in charge we'd of been winning a lot more ffp lol excuses excuses excuses.

you clearly don't like DF but that is who we have so rather than chip away at everything he does why not give the guy some support, not sure who else you think would fancy the job.

Keeno, I was thinking the same, centre mids on the toes of defenders almost inviting them on.

I have to agree with you on this one Skegsjay. We are STILL giving teams far too much respect! So frustrating! We got away with it today. We are STILL inviting teams onto us! Say they scored first today? We simply don't have the fire power to get back into games at the moment. We are playing a very dangerous game.

Usual Skegativity I see, lol. If we had a new manager in for the last 6 games with the same results you would be saying they had done a good job, credit where credit is due, he has done a good job and got the results recently.

Completely agree with Positivity's comment there.

Well done Forest, unlucky not to get 3 points and great strike by OB, unlucky son.
