Last season warbo was bought in to keep us in the league and we just scrapped it on the last day on goal difference.
This season karanka was bought in to do the same job stop us from getting relegated and we have managed that 3games before then end of the season.
Progress is progress.

Warbo had 10 games he's had 18 and we were in a far worst position and with no transfer window.
That's the facts and it needed more points to stay up last year.
Is that progress?

Too many short memorys I think, the absolute mess we were in when he left at least the players look hungry now instead of giving an awful performance then walking off completely unbothered yes karanka hasn't had a great start but feel more positive with him, i am getting behind him instead of picking every aspect to bits and moaning about every decision, so far he has only bought lolley Watson and figs 3 of the best signings we have had in a long time certainly better than anything MW bought in or would have bought in I feel

Lol great progress great stats whatever we all back the team to win and we try and back the manager but as for being this great manager that some fans are clinging on to the idea of I ain't seen no better than the last 4 or 5 managers we've had in November we will know more.

Forget about win % and comparisons with Warburtons Total "Wipeout" Football stats. The relevant facts for this season are:

1. Warbo goals against column would have got us relegated.
2. Karanka has stopped the rot and with Dawson/ANO plus a left back he will sort out the goals against from set plays. This is crucial to compete.
3. Burnley are 7th having scored very few goals so 2 is key to success before we can spend big money on top strikers unless we unearth a gem.
4. The remaining squad mess of the last 5 years will be dumped this summer.


We have made more progress in the last 4 months than the last 5 years!

We were mid table with 32 points ?
In the 18 games since we have amassed 17 points,and that's with the fact he was allowed to bring in 10 players some we've not seen?
So how can you work out we'd have been relegated?
When he took over we had just played very well against Leeds and thrashed arsenal.he got a great win against wolves,but instead of trying to build on it with a few additions went mad and and played devil's advocate and it's got him nowhere.
If you can see any progress in that then you really are easily pleased.
All we've done is drop down the league and got loads of players he doesn't want and he wants even more??

And how do you know that red I mean if mw had a transfer window where he could of bought 10 new players in we might of been near the top 10 and karanka as stopped nothing we can't score we can't defend set pieces same old same old
