Before I get shot down for being negative I'm stating a fact the possession in each other's final 3rd weren't miles apart 22% in ours and 30% in there's really highlights our lack of cutting edge most of the possession was in midfield with no threat.

We missed two belters, they barely got a sight at ours. You don't often get to create a hatful of chances on other teams patch.

Osborn burys them & anywhere other than here, its party time. i'd get the relevance of them stats if we were at home & didn't create two sitters to their zero.

Cjay you just seem to refuse to let anyone question or criticize come on surely you can see this team is massively underperforming, of course it's relevant for all our bossing and wonderful possession it was all in the middle park because were playing 5 midfielders let's face it Swansea were very poor and we still couldn't score we can create 20 sitters a game they still need to be buried and there not that's difference between a good team and an average team is taking those chances, grabban seemed to spend most of the game outwide which was made glaringly obvious when janko played a lovely ball into the 6 yard box and it rolled all through without a single red shirt in sight sorry but I don't call this progress in just being realistic this team could do great things with a more positive formation

9 games in, 1 defeat, concession at 1 goal a game, new team, new approach, new conditions for some players, couple of key early injuries. I don't see how the team is underperforming, unless we all think a team that cost "25 mill" just rocks up, plays champagne football & wins.

Defense is better, shape & organisation is better, we battle for points, we stick together, we've redressed the balance physically, Do we get to do this in stages or does everything have to transalte to results right from the off. Is it compulsory to find a negative?

Another box to tick Wednesday, impose ourselves on Wednesday, put in a positive performance & get a positive result. Another box to tick Saturday, beat Rotherham.

Is the concept of building in stages totally alien to some folk?

Cjay no it’s not compulsory to find a negative neither is it compulsory to deny anyone a critical opinion of a performance, 9 games in only 2wins too including the Newcastle game with 3points a win you can soon find yourself with a lot of catching up to do if wins don’t arrive soon

Sheff Wed and Rotherham at home aren't 6 points in the bag. If the team don't perform and take their chances, more points dropped. Pleased with defensive progress but the lack of composure or confidence in front of goal needs to be addressed quickly. The rest of the league aren't going to wait for Forest to gel, we need to get wins and stay in touch of the top ten, at least. Many more draws and the feel good factor will start to wain, shame given the hard work the club has done to get the fans back.

Problem is Red James there are too many constantly criticising and not enough with common sense that it's not going to happen overnight.

There are quite a few wanting to hit the panic button already but no one seems to have learnt from the past. But some attention seeking just come on to dig out Karanka everyday regardless of whether we have played a game or not, mist be bored or something.

Statetheobvious just wondering who elected you moderator ? If people post a critical post and you don’t like it that’s too bad that’s what the sites for an exchange of opinion and so called ‘positive’ posters opinion are no more valid than anyone else’s so please spare me the taking of the moral high ground because your such a great positive fan,i ain’t got an opinion either way on karanka at the mo but I believe he still has a lot to prove at this club I ain’t interested what he did at boro,it’s here that counts for me nowhere else is of interest

5 or 6 of our signings have only arrived in last 4 weeks hardly time for them to get match fit and up to speed with tactics etc so I do think we need more time, yes you don't get much time now days but we are only 2 wins from top six.
Last season we played tippy tappy, loads of possession, this season we are begining to press hard and close down teams, we made Swansea look ordinary on Saturday, same with WBA and Newcastle, most of Bristol City game.
We aren't consistent but getting there.
This is a positive for me.
