What's everyone's opinion about the F A asking clubs to have a wip round for mr scudamore, nice thing to do, don't expect he earned a lot working for the FAðŸ˜„ but 5 mill ain't a lot is it, remember my firm having a wip round for me after 35years service, they put me a party on in the canteen, with free booze for an hour. Nowt wrong with that I here you say, but I did work for a brewery. How things change. U REDS .

Ed in my humble opinion, the whip round from the clubs is that he had made them all filthy rich ! so its a small tip as thank you. When I retired I had two parties and paid for them myself !

{Ed001's Note - I agree with you. I mean it is not like they could have given the money to a worthy charity or anything, or invested it in grassroots football or perhaps reduced ticket prices.}

So the payment will be paid over 3 years and he will still stay on as an advisor!so is this just a way for paying him a wage over the next few years something like parachute payments for relegated clubs?
Over the years of his tenure he would of made more than that in backhands and handouts anyway just a greedy mofo

It feels like FIFA, EUFA, FA, are all corrupt organisations, not connected with fans only with their own money-making out of the fans. Like BC once said "There are a lot of dirty corners need clearing out there" (or something like that!)

Nice to see that a lot of us think the same about Mr Scudamore and his wip round but once again the true football peopleâ€™s ie us FANS opinions count for nowt.But maybe just maybe he might give the cash to a few of his local football teams and charities,that would be a very nice gesture.So come on Mr S give something back to football instead of always taking out.
