I've been a bit surprised to read some of the 'cool' responses to yesterday's game. As I posted yesterday we were, after all, playing one of the best teams on this planet. None of us could have dreamt about Forest playing in such a fixture even 3 years ago - let alone performing well and looking a threat for much of the game. OK, we didn't achieve the ultimate aim of putting the ball in the back of their net. But, so what? We played with more passion, intensity and downright skill that we've ever seen before under Nuno's tenure. Personally, I'm taking this as a massive positive going forward - whether we are in Premier League or the Championship next season.

Nuno changed to three at the back for the first time, we should stick to that formation for the last three games imo, but I bet he goes back to a flat back four
End of the day We beat arsenal, Liverpool and drew with city at home last season, all have beaten us under nuno this season
The first goal, we have nico injured and hobbling off, why on earth didn't nuno have a sub ready?

We are crap at corners with eleven men never mind ten, that was the killer moment and something that should never happen
Like I've said many times the football might look better on the eye but we lise to many games because defence can't defend as a unit and nuno has to take responsibility for that.

What happened last season is irrelevant.
You may just as well say we lost at Newcastle, at home to Man Utd and Fulham last season but won those same games this season under Nuno ?.

Exactly same formation but even though I'm not a Yates fan I would swap him for Danilo bit of fight in the middle my little Derbyshire pal and for a good season and half we barely seen fist pumps from the bloke who copied it from klopp ? would love to discuss this with you further but for a bloke that as to work 7 days a week cause he's done something wrong I'm off to count sheep more interesting night night my little ub40 pal ??.

You're splitting hairs comparing Cooper and Nuno. On the break football has no place in the Premiership. The 'mystery' of why Mourinho was so underwhelming at Utd is no mystery at all. That brand of football was passed its sell by date even then. And he had a billion quid running about.

Whatever you dislike about Nuno and his bad spell here he took wolves to Europe twice so he's been there and done it. it's just not working out here.

Skegs seems to forget that Cooper had 30 odd players to juggle about. A completely new squad of players to integrate must be a near impossible task. But he keep us up and the board bought in more players and we end up in a worse situation than last season. I think Cooper did an excellent job in keeping us up last season. But as there is absolutely no loyalty in football and the fact that it is results based and money orientated then he had to go. At least from the owners perspective.

Cooper's results were better, this season and last. On results Derby, Nuno is toast.
