If reports are to be believed we turned down 17 million for Morato - odd decision for me that one. Unless we’re thinking about the contingencies for the championship next season?
1.) 03 Feb 2026 13:28:06
Yes I agree Gold Stars. He’s not Prem standard by a long way. Ok as part of a 3 but slow and an accident waiting to happen. I’d have more faith in Abbott who will only improve alongside Malenkovic and Murillo. Savona also.
2.) 03 Feb 2026 19:48:45
Yes, I think it’s harsh on Abbott that he’s not seen more game time when he’s certainly no worse than Morato.
3.) 07 Feb 2026 04:38:43
The Dyche machine is all crashing down around yor ears Stokey. Told ya mate.
24 Jan 2026 19:16:40
I think the owner is losing interest. Sacking poor performers is what he does. Dyche not being removed is a sign he’s losing interest. Some might say he’s realised it’s probably not the answer but that’s not how he operates. Under perform its cheerio. Dyche still being in charge is a big concern for many reasons.
1.) 24 Jan 2026 20:31:24
He'll probably keep Dyche until the end of the season, unfortunately. Then try and get Silva from Fulham if we stay up.
2.) 24 Jan 2026 20:46:10
Why would Silva go to Forest? Genuinely. Zero chance.
We have the 9th highest wage bill and the 17th team. Brentford tomorrow have the lowest wage bill in the league by the way. Just over half of ours.
3.) 24 Jan 2026 21:30:42
Don't think dyche was ever part of a long term plan, but dyche held all the aces in contract negotiations as mit many out of work coaches
But if he keeps us up its a cheap sacking option.
4.) 26 Jan 2026 09:55:47
I reckon the owner has been taking a bit of a break since his Mum died. By the end of season, he'll be back holding the reigns.
5.) 26 Jan 2026 15:41:17
I've googled if Mr Marinakis has attended any games since his Mother passed, unfortunately no answer was forthcoming, appreciate any body who goes down to City Ground recently and could provide a answer please.
6.) 26 Jan 2026 17:32:02
He was there vs Arsenal.
7.) 27 Jan 2026 09:26:21
Thanks, ?.

Some good games next season, Derby, festa, sheff U…. we will probably bottle them on second thoughts.
1.) 07 Feb 2026 07:48:35
The football Gods like to mess with Forest, it will be direby, Sheffield Utd promoted, fester relegated and our Big Game will be Mansfield Town ??.
2.) 07 Feb 2026 08:32:00
Be an interesting run that sees Sheffield u promoted.
06 Feb 2026 20:46:00
Dyche must feel he might be retained if we are relegated. There must be a reason why he’s setting us up to lose games.
1.) 06 Feb 2026 22:14:58
2 star that was pathetic from the line up to the obvious predictable outcome from it
Then comes half time same team out and here comes another?
Never wanted dyche anywhere near this club for all reasons his rubbish show has produced tonight
The team sheet said game over
Blokes a dick from the past that has no idea about how modern football is played.
01 Feb 2026 17:09:31
Pathetic bunch of bottlers goal conceded right on half time again (irrespective of what Williams did or didn’t do )
Can’t keep focus for a full half - two more points dropped against such a weak side.
Redemption now needed at Leeds. As no one is expecting anything there.
Such a shame we are still in Europe we do not need the extra game. Should be through but we bottled it at Braga didn’t we.
1.) 01 Feb 2026 18:08:42
Watch it DTP and the happy clappers will be coming after you. ??.
2.) 01 Feb 2026 18:35:32
What a load of utter garbage you have just posted.
3.) 01 Feb 2026 18:49:57
Takes one to know one chap ?.
4.) 01 Feb 2026 19:00:18
To be honest if you look at his points there are a lot of truths. But its all ifs and maybes. ?.
5.) 01 Feb 2026 19:10:04
Have a look how many goals we concede just before half time Robin, non league players have better focus and concentration.
6.) 01 Feb 2026 19:22:17
Don't hold back, Stars. Say what you really mean.
31 Jan 2026 20:16:46
Let’s see if Forest can be bothered to turn up tomorrow, huge game but all the credentials for a no show bottle show.
How big a win would be.
Fingers crossed.
1.) 31 Jan 2026 21:22:08
Thing is 2 star they won't be pushovers
Some quality in that side
I have no doubt we will turn up, but just hope we play to the squads strength with tactics, ie, play it on the floor, not in the sky, all our best results under dyche have come from playing it on the floor.
2.) 01 Feb 2026 08:08:27
Spot on what you say about where we yield our best outcomes. Brighton, Sunderland and Everton at home were games where I’d allege we didn’t turn up. Pretty much a fully fit squad, plenty of games now under this coaching teams belts, plenty of ups and downs and lessons Learnt (which is fine). About how to get the best out of our players.
There are no easy games in this league, but a beleaguered Palace at home is a must win. Even before Palace began to struggle you’d have identified this fixture at the start of the season as one we should be winning.
Today, plain and simply - there can be no excuses and anything other than 3 points is abject failure in my eyes.
27 Jan 2026 18:27:59
Good riddance Douglas Luis - probably not all his fault - he’s just not worked out for us. I personally thought he was a disgrace last Thursday and clearly couldn’t be bothered to put a shift in for the team. A quality player no doubt, but he clearly wasn’t fussed about playing for Forest.
1.) 27 Jan 2026 18:36:12
He looked really good that first away game in Europe before getting injured then has never really been too interested since.
Dodged one there I think.
2.) 27 Jan 2026 18:56:10
Definitely agree 2 stars not the player he was with us but might pick his form up at villa.
3.) 27 Jan 2026 18:57:19
The problem luiz also had and will be the same for any other midfielder we sign is that MGW and Anderson play 90 mins regardless of how they are playing prior or during a game.
4.) 27 Jan 2026 19:42:37
I thought after the Europa League I knew Liz was off, he was a disgrace, should have been substituted in the first half! Good riddance!
5.) 27 Jan 2026 20:11:53
Agreed the injury derailed things and he didn’t seem to want to be three after that. More an AP player would you say?
6.) 28 Jan 2026 05:19:13
The treatment room will be relieved ??.
7.) 28 Jan 2026 13:12:49
Luiz is top class, but never mind we’ve still got good old yatesy, more Dyches cup of tea, he’ can’t handle quality players, which is why the ceiling for achievement is pretty low moving forward.
8.) 28 Jan 2026 16:34:00
Luiz living off his Villa form of 2 years ago! Not a great attitude and I think those kind of players are better off scrounging off some other club!
9.) 28 Jan 2026 17:18:57
SNA yep because emery’s a right mug. I’d take his opinion over Dyche when it comes to a footballer any day, still who knows we might replace him with O’Neill from Everton, a cart horse,
10.) 28 Jan 2026 18:03:40
You booking cheltenham this year stevie bud? Hope alls well, you russian talking gigalo ??.
11.) 28 Jan 2026 18:28:16
Hi Bowie ?unfortunately no mate, having to give a miss this year unfortunately, hope your ok mate.
12.) 28 Jan 2026 23:02:41
Im not bad bud ty. The good yank bless her had to pay double her air fair. Her sister tells her, the stepdad probably going earlier. She was supposed to leave Tuesday. But now going Friday. She just needs to see him before the sleep. going to miss the lassie ❤️.
03 Feb 2026 19:48:45
Yes, I think it’s harsh on Abbott that he’s not seen more game time when he’s certainly no worse than Morato.
13 Jul 2025 10:58:24
Ripley, you’re spot on mate, nothing wrong with being realistic, to the optimist realism will alway be dismissed as pessimism. There is of course every chance we might find a player who’s lost there way and needs a springboard. Players that are fancied by a range of bigger clubs are unlikely to chose Forest I would say.
07 Feb 2026 06:53:07
Red, Dyche wanted players, they were not signed so he’s proving a point.
07 Feb 2026 06:50:49
He’s not out oof his depth, he kept a stricken Everton up more than once and turned around a points deduction, the problem goes well beyond him but he’s been unfathomable poor as well.
06 Feb 2026 21:28:38
Dyche proving a point. Wanted players, didn’t get them, toys out of pram.
06 Feb 2026 19:34:06
Morato will.
04 Feb 2026 15:24:22
So you agree he’s on borrowed time. If EM saw a future for SD more players to his liking would have been signed. Like Stoke and Pulllis, Dyche and Friends is where it’s at for forest. I would have sooner we accept it and give him the players allied to the style of play he promotes.
We should have done that but we haven’t because he won’t be here next season so the owner won’t invest in him.
