My money is on Reidy, bet he's a right dirty fighter, Petrov wouldn't know what hit him. 🤣🌳

Anyone on here who is worried about relegation needs to give their head a wobble.

Anyone taking it for granted needs to give their head a wobble. Funny old game.

02 May 2026 19:11:50
You can take it for granted now after Brentford's demolition job of West Ham. 🤣🤣

03 May 2026 19:48:32
How about Spurs beating Villa, the curse of DTP. 🤣🤣🤣

1

04 May 2026 21:10:08
And who was right?

0

05 May 2026 12:22:26
Well, nobody yet, Skegs and DTP, not mathematically anyway.
I was right, so far from months ago, if you check back that we would finish comfortably mid table. We are currently only 3 or 4 points off with 3 to play, mate...

1

05 May 2026 19:33:55
But you said that when Dyche was in charge, Stokey. If we had stuck with him we'd be down now. 🤣🤣 And DTP, like I said before, sooner or later, out of the many wrong predictions you've given, you would have to get one right. 🤣🤣🤣 At least it was a good one.

05 May 2026 20:52:24
We've had this discussion before Skegs, mate! To summarise, SD got 22 points from his 18 games in charge. Who knows, but the stats extrapolated say otherwise, don't they, my friend? He, at the very least, gave VP a platform after Ange?

06 May 2026 19:46:46
Dychegate, Nunogate, Mystic Meg gate. 🤣 🌳

1

06 May 2026 21:52:29
Think it is fair to say, if we had stuck with Dyche, we would have gone down. Most seasons, it would have been different.

We have won 4 of our last 5 league games. We are unbeaten in 10.

Yet, still not mathematically safe. Spurs, WHU, and us have won 8 out of the last 9 games between them. The Brentford game was the odd one out.

Appointing VP was a masterstroke.

2

07 May 2026 10:58:09
Who knows Forest? None of us can see into the future. Dyche on 22 points from 18 games could have become 44 from 36, similar to what we are now?
But, what's past is past. In VP we trust and he's doing a great job. 👍 👍

07 May 2026 11:17:06
Stokey, how many times have you repeated that stat about Cretaceous Dyche? No need, mate, past is past, as you say. After Sunday we could be safe and in a European Cup final. Long may VP reign. COYR. ⭐ 🌳 ⭐

0

07 May 2026 11:48:02
Since VP came in, we are the highest-scoring team in the Premier. From 2nd lowest.

I hope one of Dyche's errors doesn't cost us tonight. Not one recognised left-back in the Europa squad. Netz should have been in.

2

07 May 2026 13:55:36
RRH, I've repeated that stat as many times as Dyche's name has come up with a derogatory remark attached to it. You can have opinions and speculate, but facts are facts. I'm very happy to move on and appreciate the brilliant job VP is doing, mate!

07 May 2026 14:26:17
Haha, I couldn't help adding Cretaceous because I know it gets on your wick. Cretaceous belongs in the past, as you have said (much like someone's agricultural approach to football tactics). 🤭. Anyways, let's move on to tonight and a victorious performance from the lads under the tutorage of a proper coach. ⭐ 🌳 ⭐

Live bait definitely works better than a lure imo. 🎣 🎣 🦈 🌳

1

07 May 2026 17:22:14
Skegs certainly has no "allure" for me, RRH! 😁😁

2

07 May 2026 17:27:26
Very good mate. 🤣🌳

2

07 May 2026 17:55:56
Keep bowling those pies, Skegs, and I'll keep smashing them for 6! 😁😁😁
Don't know about you, but nerves are kicking in already. It's like waiting outside the Crown Court. 😅

1

07 May 2026 18:21:13
I know what you mean, Stokey. Doubt you were in the dock though. 🤣🌳

09 May 2026 01:28:39
To finish the conversation. [hopefully].

I am 90% certain, despite 22 points in 18 games.

If Dyche had remained in charge, we would have gone down. [I know we still might].

As a spectator at the ground, it was one of the worst spectacles since Megson. Bypassing our best players MGW and Anderson with long balls to an isolated Jesus.

Don't get me wrong, great bloke, love Stone n Woan, but it was a reaction to the Ange mistake and was never going to work long term.

No way he could have pulled out the 13 points out of 15 available in the last 5 games, with a plus 13 goal difference, with his approach.
Credit to Mr M for sniffing the danger...

Vitor Vitor Vitor we on the piss with Vitor.
Nuno got a sweat on. 🤣🤣

Well, I suppose that was Ok.

Just read that Joy Harmon has died aged 87. Not a well known American actress but played the part of "Lucille" the girl sexily washing the car as Pau Newman and his fellow prisoners watched on hopelessly in " Cool Hand Luke", surely one of the greatest films ever made
" What we got here is a failure to communicate "
" Still shaking here Boss, still shaking "
They don't make them like that anymore .

One of my favourite films, back in the day. 'What we've got here, is a failure to communicate,' said the boss man. Later, it became the intro to a Guns N' Roses song, called 'Civil War.' Paul Newman was a class actor, George Kennedy was a brilliant co-star, so many great scenes.

The car wash scene, as you say, Stokey. He was banished to the 'cooler' and the 60 hard-boiled eggs bet. Nostalgia at its best.

Very interesting MV mate... 👍 George Kennedy was perfect for the part of the "bruiser".

I know it's a little early, but I just wondered who you guys think will get the Premier League Manager of the Season?

Personally I'd vote for Carrick, went into a club in a complete mess, turned it around with no fuss.

Nothing flashy, nothing loud, just get it done. Shame Tommy Turtle signed an extension for England because I think Carrick would be a good shout. 🌳

13 Apr 2026 21:17:24
The kiss of death. 🤣🌳

11 Apr 2026 23:11:07
Got to say after watching the boxing tonight, i'm definitely not a fury fan and can't stand the guy but his tribute to the 'Hitman' was class and fair play. 🌳

Just to follow-up on my previous post on discussions - my client is now in hospital after attempting suicide. A massive overdose of prescription drugs apparently.

The hospital staff aren't, apparently, allowed to tell me a lot as I'm not a relative of his. However, after hassling them incessantly, a senior nurse did tell me on the quiet that his liver and kidneys had virtually gone.

This is the reality of where way too many UK Veterans end up nowadays. A national disgrace.

07 Apr 2026 22:27:59
I'm so sorry for your man, and, indeed, yourself, Lego. Deeply saddened and disgusted that this can happen in the UK, mate.

3

07 Apr 2026 23:08:31
That's awful news, Lego. 🌳

3

07 Apr 2026 22:43:11
Just cannot believe this country lego. So sad.

3

07 Apr 2026 23:51:45
I'll be there for him if/when he gets out of hospital. It sounds to me that if he does survive he'll be on dialysis for quite a while though.

11 years service for the UK including operational tours (x3) in Afghanistan.

Cast-away - as every Veteran is within this country.

6

08 Apr 2026 16:14:09
F in livid, just totally wrong.

27 Mar 2026 00:08:24
A little rant before bed. Some of you may remember my latest 'case' - a Veteran living in a caravan which was about to be repossessed. That happened and the poor guy then went to living in a tent.

I've managed to sort him out into a homeless shelter temporarily with some basic food.

This guy served our country in the military for 11 years and is now homeless and mostly living on pot noodles.

Our MPs should collectively hang their heads in shame at the way Veterans are cast-aside when no longer needed.

27 Mar 2026 10:58:40
It's absolutely shameful that we treat our veterans in this way Lego. The UK is still one of the richest countries in the world and the politicians still don't give priority to those who have put themselves in harms way for our country.
Carry on the good work Lego. 👍👍

27 Mar 2026 12:48:40
The country is in a mess, we are failing our own yet are trying to help every man and his dog that doesn't have a British passport. 🌳

10

27 Mar 2026 14:15:22
This maybe controversial but i honestly think we should pause all foreign aid until we have eradicated homelessness and dragged our pensioners out of poverty. It might take a while but its doable. 🌳

7

27 Mar 2026 17:52:03
Love your thoughts, Winter. 😇

3

27 Mar 2026 20:03:40
Just saying it as it is mate, worst thing is it doesn't matter if you are left or right, all the parties are the same, full of it. I vote for Mr M as dictator. 🌳

04 Apr 2026 01:33:06
The yank just couldn't believe the way our amazing veterans were dealt with in this country lego. Just so sad bud.she served in Iraq. They just cannot do enough for them over there. Btw trump. Just saying 3 x grand a month sterling. And all the health care you can think of.

3

04 Apr 2026 15:23:17
Btw, she does suffer from really bad anxiety and her back is totally effed.
