OK can anyone help. Can Sels actually play out from the back or is it intentional he kicks the ball out of play on the half way line or kicks it back to the opposition to have another go.?

Playing out form the back is usually the worse thing to do. It causes teams all sorts of problems. I think he could work on his kicking, though.

I can help a little, ADF. He can keep 10 clean sheets and still 12 games to go ?.

Make that 11 balloons ?.

Balloons - behind our strong defenders my grandmother could keep those clean sheets as there are not that many shots on target in those games. However, maybe it could be more clean sheets had we kept the ball better instead of inviting wave after wave of attack.

Elanga still only 23, worth at least 50 million for his profile of player.

If we sell, do we have anyone ready made to replace?

If we don't sell, he will be worth more when 25 years old and more experience under his belt.

We could still be a relegation fight. If Anderson gets injured or we play like we did against Man City then who knows what could happen.

Its a tight league league this season and until we get to 40 points we cannot take our foot off the gas.

The character speaks volumes, should stay clear.

Chim - Good to hear rumours we hear this season end are now in our favour. Rumours on who we are going to buy - In many seasons gone past its whom are we going to sell.

This time last season Worral looked like he was the one, and for once we kept him and just like magic we reap the rewards. Burke, Lascelles, Darlow, Antonio, Cash and Osbourne to name a few.

Much better fir me hearing those we can buy.

Both Harry and Lewis from Huddersfield look good prospects when they arrived upon our first promotion season.

I actually was more excited for their potential when I saw them both play - again both wanted to roll their sleeves up and win football matches.

In hindsight, had they stayed with Huddersfield, Huddersfield would not have dropped like a led balloon and it may have been the more sensible option for them.

It is a shame the Brazilian unknowns (who may or may not even speak English) will have the opportunity to play in a premier league team than these 2 players whom, when signed were hot properties - and did their apprenticeships in our domestic leagues.

Sangara - or is it sick note!

For me, although his playing record is hit and miss, his potential looks like he could come good providing he stays fit.

As with all our players, we should be asking whether a top 6 team would invest in him and unfortunately I can't see this.

For these reasons let's get what we can for him and buy a player who warms up the pitch more rather than the bench.

I like Sangare and thought he played well in the last game - sadly its the only game he stood out.

Gazzi - unfortunately - putting 2 + 2 together its going down the path of the land could be sold off for housing, doesn't look like the appetite from the owner or volunteer directors to rebuild a team is there.

A few of points on this.

Planning for a long season is a complicated job. Having all the extra coaches, food and nutrionists, physios etc should all be involved and stick to some decisions made at the start of the season.

For example, the domestic cups, most teams with a small squad would priorities playing fringe / academy players. We were virtually a full strength albeit Yates got a full match.

Captaincy - why have your captain starting as sub most games. The captain should be a starter and first name on the team sheet. Our is the 12th or lower.

Substitutions were mapped out before the game kicked off. Coaches should be able to read the game and adjust accordingly. One example, taking Sangare off in that last game when he was our best player didn't help our cause.

When we fell behind we lose due to no Plan B. No point in sticking more defenders on, it should be all out attack when nothing to lose.

Some of my points why we dropped from 3rd to 7th and were not good enough in the last 7 matches.

On the positive - 10 places higher than the previous season is brilliant but it could have been better had the above been addressed sooner.

Yes Mossy - I see what your saying but forest can be a bit of a graveyard for young players coming through the system. Personnally can't see Omobamidele has put a foot wrong when playing and as for Omar Richards - great talent but has he step foot on the pitch yet?
