Well if we land Knockheart and Grosiki that's 4/ 5 players fighting for the wide positions.
The manager has seen we need better players in those positions ( i still rate Mighten and Lolley ) but we need depth in all positions maybe he can weed out the deadwood as we go through the season.
Surely the big Greek needs to give Chris time to mould the team, let's hope we can get going this Saturday

With two or three more players inbound McKenna, Christie, artur?
effectively Sabs must have felt that the whole team was substandard but surley its going to take time for a complete new batch to blend time he does not have.

Hoping McKenna and possibly Arter bring us some much needed leadership and organisation. Never been a fan of strikers having the armband and Grabban certainly doesn’t strike me as captain material.

i would suggest at least a couple more games if doesn't score then its taylor time or don't we have another striker? i'm sure we have one tucked away can't remember his name?

Is Knockheart fully match fit? , i'm pretty sure that Taylor is not 100% yet even by his own admission you need to be playing to get fully fit this may well be why the team sheet has been pretty much the same.
training must be average if players are not coming up to fitness levels.

Remember John McGovern ( Yes i am old and yes i was their ) he always took the brunt of grumbles but he did the dirty job and covered miles, Grahan Souness hated him during games against the Liverpool .
I am not comparing Yates to McGovern in quality but he does that same job very much an unseen hero.
We notice him more when he makes an error which is unfair, Every manager rates him so let's give the lad more support.
I think Taylor deserves a start too.

we were always going to sell some our best assets after failing to go up, hopeful we keep Woza and build from here.
