If rumours are to be believed over the course of the past week or so:
Zinchenko out, Tsimikas in. An improvement for me and gives us a player more suited to our style.
Luiz out, Fratesi in. Another where we’d add player more suited to our style, hard worked and can chip in the final third.
Awoniyi out (I’d imagine we’ll be looking to do this), Lucca in. Again another that’s more suited to how we play.
Kalimuendo out, Isidor/ taremi in. Think either give us another reasonable option. Taremi isn’t as bad as people think however would be a risk given his age. Isidor would be my pick personally but think it’ll be taremi.
I think the squad will be in a better place with these deal. Dyche will likely be happier with the options at his disposal so hopefully we can kick on.

Well after that horror show the only changes that need making are the manager and head of recruitment!
2.) 23 Jan 2026 00:07:32
Tsimikas and Taremi look more likely. And they won't make a lot of difference. Lucca might but be he has no PL experience and has played v little this season. We need more on the evidence of tonight.
3.) 23 Jan 2026 10:00:18
Head of recruitment certainly SY. SD can only work with what he’s been given mate….
4.) 23 Jan 2026 14:20:57
I agree to an extent stokey. But he has to change up his tactics, he clearly can’t play this way with the is group of players and if he’s not capable of doing that then he shouldn’t be in charge of us. I remember him saying a few years ago that if he had more quality then the style of play would be different.
I believe some of the players in this group are much better than what he’s previously so if he’s any good he’d be able to get a tune out of what’s he’s got.

Good performance last night was nice to see us play attacking football. Thought dyche got it right last with the selection. Great confidence boost for the lads hopefully we can take that in to the weekend!
I hope we can continue playing football like that in the league going forward we’re more than capable so hopefully dyche let's them play more free flowing football.

Looks like we’re going for mateta and I’ll be honest I think it’s a great signing not just because we add a very good striker but because it weakens palace and will bring them further into the relegation battle.
It reminds me of Newcastle buying Chris wood from Burnley. Buy a good player off a team near you and it helps come the end of the season.
1.) 26 Jan 2026 17:46:33
If we did get Mateta, it would be great listening to their fans having another complete meltdown.
I don't think he'll come to us though, probably hoping for a bigger club.
2.) 26 Jan 2026 17:47:26
Apparently personal terms have been agreed. Fingers crossed it happens.
3.) 26 Jan 2026 19:00:23
He has his sight's on Juventus.
4.) 26 Jan 2026 19:35:13
Red in Ripley they won’t pay the money.
5.) 26 Jan 2026 20:11:48
I've not seen any of the reports as i'm away atm, is there any truth in it? I really hope so, Mateta is an elite centre forward, the sort of player we've not seen since the Collymore days. ?.
6.) 26 Jan 2026 22:42:12
More chance of us all sitting down to a 3 course meal sipping panda pops. than mateta coming to forest ? carry on catching the salmon and don't forget to leave the bones for the big puddy cats ??.

We got super lucky tonight, massive win but Dyche needs to get the players on side or he’ll be gone with a few more defeats.
Nico and Neco outstanding. MGW has some serious cojones to take that penalty.
Baffled by the Jesus hate. He wins balls, holds play up but has absolutely nobody near for him to do anything with it. He’s expected to play 90 mins because Dyche doesn’t trust or like the other strikers so obviously he’s going to be tired later in the game and be less effective. I agree he’s not an out and out finisher and is definitely an area to improve on, though I do think he’d bag a few goals if we played more to his strengths and not expect him to be a target player which isn’t his style (from watching his Botafogo games, I know different leagues etc. )
Either way COYR.
1.) 06 Jan 2026 23:26:14
It's certainly not 'Jesus hate' from me. However, I've said for a long time that the guy simply doesn't fit in with the Forest-way. Maybe he'd be good in the attacking-midfielder role, or maybe as a striker playing alongside a big lad - but, I really can't see a future for him at Forest atm.
2.) 06 Jan 2026 23:56:35
Agree about Jesus, if Wood wasn't injured Jesus would have been introduced gradually, and get up to speed hopefully of the Premier, he's been asked to do a job what is different to what he's used to playing, I mean he does play for Brazil so can't be that bad!, one player I wish we had kept is Jota Silva, willing runner and competitive and scored goals, and he didn't want to leave, can't say that for some of the team at the moment.
3.) 07 Jan 2026 00:22:14
We got var decisions in our favour for once?
West ham got lucky we gave them a goal start on their own patch.
4.) 07 Jan 2026 00:35:43
Neco was superb, one of his best performances imo. ?.
30 Dec 2025 23:14:41
First game I’ve been to for a while and that was an absolutely appalling performance!
Zinchenko…. As soon as I saw he was starting I knew it’d be a hard nights work. He’s awful how he’s played for city and arsenal I’ll never know (I know he started more as a CM than LB)
Awoniyi as much as he’s scored a few important goals for us it’s time to get him gone!
MGW while I’ve seen people say it’s our style that’s killing his game I disagree he doesn’t look interested in putting the graft in that he used to put in, he kills attacks there were a few times he could have played it out wide tonight but he turned back and killed any chance of creating a chance. So infuriating. He needs to buck his ideas up because he’s a seriously good player.
I definitely think we’ve been missing Sangare, I know some people don’t like him, but I think he’s keeps us ticking over and especially helps Anderson do his thing.
While I do think we’ll stay up it’s going to be a hard fight to get over the line! Definitely require a full back and striker in Jan.

If PSR wasn’t a thing I’d be moving on the following as a minimum:
Zinchenko
Morato
Mcatee
Awoniyi
Bakwa/ Ndoye
Perhaps even Luiz (he’s a very good player but fitness and injuries are a big concern especially with a few unavailable at the moment)
I’d be moving for the following if the above were to happen as like for like replacements in a fashion:
Tsimikas (Liverpool/ roma)
Agbadou (wolves)
Gallagher (A. Madrid)
Bowen (West Ham)
Strand Larsen (Wolves, think he’d do well under dyche)
1.) 29 Dec 2025 11:35:56
I'd keep Bakwa and Morato. Both improving players who will get stronger the more they play. McAtee needs to go get minutes and get his mojo back. His record speaks for itself and he obviously has a lot of talent.
2.) 29 Dec 2025 11:39:32
If PSR wasn't an issue I'd hope we'd show more ambition. ?.
3.) 29 Dec 2025 16:24:23
Definitley with you on Bowen, SY, he can strike from nowhere and create. What might he cost us? Oh, just realised-the manager!
4.) 29 Dec 2025 19:06:30
Dream: West Ham sack Nuno, EM does the right thing and makes his peace with Nuno. He reinstates our most successful manager since God was a lad, we stay up and EM instructs the SLT that non collaboration with Nuno over transfers will not be tolerated and he must have an input.
26/ 27 decent season, solid mid table, reasonable and sustainable progress with everyone confident on premier league continuity and a 6th successive season in the prem. Well done Mr M - I knew you’d always put the club before your own pride.
5.) 29 Dec 2025 19:07:23
If we have our hands are tied by PSR and need a proven striker why not get Ayoub El Kaabi from Olympiacos and give them the pick of our bomb squad, he's 32 so realistically probably only good for two seasons. ?.
6.) 29 Dec 2025 19:10:27
And just after i say that he scores??.
7.) 29 Dec 2025 21:25:19
. and if he didn't measure up, it would be "Cabby for Kaabi! "
????.
8.) 29 Dec 2025 21:30:46
Very good Rogie?
He scored a lovely overhead in the same game. ?.
31 Jan 2026 12:19:51
Great signing if we pull it off.
23 Jan 2026 14:20:57

15 Dec 2025 08:24:13
Wouldn’t mind us getting Connor Gallagher on loan with the option to buy. Would be good business.
10 Aug 2025 19:21:15
Wouldn’t be against signing him if it’s for the right price. Knows the league and is experienced.
22 Jan 2026 22:00:32
And Dyche!
31 Dec 2025 16:53:21
That’d be my team as well but I’d go 4-2-3-1 with Jesus as the 19 behind kali.
30 Nov 2025 18:50:55
You’d have brought Sangare off? I thought he played well.
28 Nov 2025 18:53:32
Steady on a little if we big our players up too much then we’ll be getting bids left right and centre. Let everyone think we’re no good.
19 Oct 2025 19:30:26
Realistically dyche isn’t a long term answer for us I think he’d be okay until the end of the season to make us more solid and he’d bring cohesion to the club I think.
Then get Marco silva in summer once his contract at Fulham’s expired.
That’s what I’d do.
