2 questions and please give opinions.
Why aren't we spending the €36 mil on Sangare? He is incredible and would add crazy depth to our backline. We could actually have a real rotation.
Also would we rather a DM or another quality striker. May I say Awonyi is the rubbish and I really think he is a handful and just happens to pop up in the right place at the right time. Some backup qpule be great.
Wood is a generous 6 at best.

I'd imagine Sangare would only join Forest if other clubs chose not to sign him. He's been linked with Liverpool and Bayern Munich as well, so I'd imagine he'd prefer them over us.
Might have a chance if the big clubs choose other targets and it is quite hopeful if Forest are still pursuing this deal because you'd like to think they wouldn't pursue a player that had zero interest. I'm sure the club has spoken to some representatives at the very least.
Rangers also play PSV in the final Champions League Play-Off, so I'd imagine PSV want to keep him for that anyway. Forest probably know he won't be moving until towards the end of the window, hence the tentative initial bids.
Overall though, I'd say a deal is unlikely.

Yeah I don't see the fuss about taiwo, on form, right place right time, a lot of luck, rarely strikes it cleanly, just a big unit in the box, doing well, but these ten goals a season strikers to me are just top championship.

Also does anyone else rate Semenyo as highly as me? Seems to be able to do everything. Probably wouldn't break the bank. Eze will cost a small fortune bt would be amazing. Striker wise I personally like osihmen but understand he is a bit of a diva, what about rashford if he isn't wanted at mun or villa?

What do we all think about 50mil for Darwin Nunez? Personally think he has been mis used at Liverpool. Yes he's had some glaring misses but my would be provided something different up top.

Kissing a badge is mercenary? it is not, they all do it and end up kissing another badge a year later. Just because he turned us down because he wanted to play champions league football doesn't make him public enemy number one. He worked hard last season for his current club and he has earned the right to represent them in the champions league. Heaven forbid he turn down a club that ( at that time ) had as good a chance of being relegated as staying up.
I'd love to see him running through the centre of an opponent's defence in our shirt. He can score a goal for us and kiss his a*se for all I care. Mercenary! I admire his loyalty to his current club and if he ever wears garibaldi I hope he shows the same loyalty and commitment.

Meh, he's hit or miss and apart from last night he hasn't been setting the world on fire and remember the Dutch league doesn't have a patch on the Premier league. i would definitely prefer the Brazilian from wolves.

True, nothing good ever comes out of the Dutch league to play at our top level. Bergkamp, van Nistlrooy, Gullit, Overmars, Stam, van Dijk, Robben, Brian Roy what a bunch of useless players from a tin pot league and that's just a few to name. what are we thinking?
We won't mention one club from that lower level league has won the European cup 4 times, European super cup 3 times, 1 European cup winners cup and a Europa cup as well as Mr Cryuff who many would argue the greatest player ever or certainly top 5.
AS for Giminez being hit and miss, 11 goals in the last 10 games and 3 assists, hardly hit and miss. At 23 I hope he comes to us but. unlikely.

Your comment was about a lower standard dutch league, not nationality. They all came from that lower standard dutch league. One bad player ( Danilo ) does not warrant " enough said" but that's fine. these are just opinions.

Since when is being passionate for the club you play for viewed as mercenary? I'd prefer that than some one with no passion. I think Gimenez would be a great fit personally, young, scores goals and is hungry.

I think we should make a play for Gimenez from Feyenoord. This guy has scored something like 40 goals in a year. He would be a different option to wood and would give us a serious option to play a little different up front.

Perko, spot on. Taiwo isn't the same player he was 2 years ago. Always grateful for serving a purpose but we need a point of difference up front. Preferably one with pace and finishing. West ham pulled off a bloody coup with thier latest signing.

Gibbs white will only improve and grow in value. Fast winger, better holding mid and of course a striker. Maybe cover for AINA.
