My first visit to the city ground was 1949 so you can guess I am quite old but still compos mentis. I was a season ticket holder until a few years ago when a knee replacement operation has prevented me from assessing my front row seat in the Brian Clough stand so its now on TV or radio.
I have sky sports but Forest getting into Europe ends up on TNT. I refuse to pay another subscription I am unlikely to use. Okay, so I will listen on line to BBC radio Nottingham. As soon as pre match finishes they are not allowed to do commentary because I live in Lincolnshire.
The final straw is that the forthcoming game against Chelsea is on TNT. In other words only Sky gives me a chance to see the games but I have noticed they seem to be filling their schedule with championship matches, its probably cheaper.
At least when I die I am being cremated in my Forest shirt. Loyal to the end eh!

I'm a yad younger mate, first match 1968 and lucky enough to have a season ticket but I live in North Yorkshire and it takes over two hours to get to home matches. It's exhausting but I'll do until until I can't.
I'm with you entirely about TNT. I have sky but won't pay for anything else, not even radio. It's BBC for Christ's sake. We pay a licence already.
So it's home matches or Sky. I won't get to see us in Europe either unfortunately.

If you Google bbc radio Nottingham, they have most matches on and can listen via your browser. Then i connect my phone to the work van and happy days.
But yeah i pay for sky and TNT but only because i live so far away that making home games is stupidly hard nowadays. Often think i could get a season ticket for the price i pay for the sports subscriptions. ?.

Just thinking how many of us the site are a significant distance away. Does anyone live in W Bridgford? Same issue for me on Saturday: Motd highlights and wait for 'you tube' coverage. Sky has certainly lost its shine from years back-in Cricket as well. Ashes coming up? So I'll be following the text on my phone at that silly hour to play football! Backing Hutchinson to score!

It says something about how far Forest have come. In last nights game there were 7 first team or ex Forest players involved. Never known this before but I expect someone will come up with a better answer!
Why can't the management be straight with their paying customers (fans) and tell us what has been decided about Posta. what's his name.

Never fancied him as manager but we stuck with him now so may as well give him a window of chance to turn it round

Think next international break could be the time depending on next few games if we in bottom 3 n not won in europe he'll be put out his misery, 3 managers in a season tho not a good look.

Looks like he's staying. would just like to see more of the the same when we played the first 45 mins against betis. no palmer for Chelsea when we play them and hopefully luiz back for us it's a winnable game but would be happy with a point and a good performance.

How can the management even consider continuing with Ange when the majority of fans want him gone? I am not anti Ange but how much damage does one cause by going against the fans. I remember Megson getting a battering in the last century and there was no stopping him going. Go against your fans who pay to watch at your peril!

A question for skegsjay. You said that you thought it was in the pipeline for some time regarding getting Ange in well this would be prior to him winning that cup for spurs. therefore is it fair to say that EM decided he wanted Ange when he was at his worst. Can't figure it out can you?

To be honest humorist. I can't work anything out at the minute. but I believe who ever comes in to manage or coach a team should be left to do it there way. I've never rated ange you only after look at spurs record last season and ok he won the uefa Cup but against a very poor man utd. I think Mr m is trying to rush us into being a top 6 team and a European team to quickly I would of been happy to stay a mid table team for 3 or 4 seasons then kick on. I liked nuno as everyone knows but he's gone now. and his nothing to do with forest no more so I've moved on. that's managers. but to bring in ange was a massive mistake we probably won't get out of till its to late. but my biggest problem with forest right now is edu this bloke will destroy this club sooner he goes the better.

Skegsjay when Billy Davies was sacked he had at least 11 injuries but the owner just did'nt seem to appreciate that, Its a bit late now for Billy but Sean Dyche is the nearest to it. Some people say that he is too defensive but did'nt the great Brian Clough advocate star building from the back and stop conceding goals. However having a ready made squad of players its a different ball game and I would think Dyche would be in his seventh heaven.
We have the players just get the system right!
