JC linked with a move to Olympiacos.

1.) 12 Jul 2019 12:40:29
Only because one of their players got injured after signing a new contract, with both clubs sharing the same owner.

07 Jan 2019 11:37:26
Anyone got any news of a new goalkeeper coming in- doesn't have to be true but at least it'll cheer me up for a while 😁.

1.) 07 Jan 2019 12:31:14
Nice one Oakham.
Let's start with De Gea.

2.) 07 Jan 2019 12:43:43
Plenty of talk of Burnley keepers, what if we were offered Joe Hart?

3.) 07 Jan 2019 13:15:19
Good question- yes, but prefer either of the other two

4.) 07 Jan 2019 13:53:40
Don,t think the Burnley players think Hart was a good signing ,things have gone down hill since his arrival ,probably on wages above their wage structure ,it never works unless your some thing special.

5.) 07 Jan 2019 16:17:40
Maybe Dyche was hoping he would be "head and shoulders" above Heaton and pope,😁😁😁😁

6.) 07 Jan 2019 17:41:29
Lol!!!. More chance of getting "Tony" Hart!!!

7.) 07 Jan 2019 19:09:10
Showing your age Rogie 😂
I think give Steele an extended run out

8.) 07 Jan 2019 19:22:50
If Steele gets a run of games we might morph into a top six side. 😁

9.) 07 Jan 2019 19:52:47
Ooooh. That's very good LC.
Not many will get that one.

10.) 07 Jan 2019 21:36:29
Bet he wishes he never did that advert, He's had a "damnedruff" time since. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

11.) 08 Jan 2019 12:29:48
Yes FF he has. His hair has started to fall out.

12.) 08 Jan 2019 12:48:25
It can't work as it hasn't lifted the weight from his shoulders🤣🤣🤣

06 Jan 2017 09:04:37
Newcastle reported to be lining up 4 million bid for osborne

1.) 06 Jan 2017 15:33:57
One site now saying Henry has agreed personal terms with Aston Villa but the takeover is holding everything up. So much bullshit going round who knows what to think? Getting fed up now, this is really dragging on. I wouldn't like to be in Fawaz's shoes if he cocks this up.

29 Feb 2016 11:16:11
I've heard ollie burkes new contract is £10,000/ week semms a lot to me, any thoughts anyone?

1.) 29 Feb 2016 12:05:55
Worth every penny . plays without fear and is a class act!

Will be a top player for us next season without doubt.

2.) 29 Feb 2016 12:39:54
When you think the likes of Fox and Wilson are on 25k, it doesn't seem so bad. Big talent on a long term contract at 10k per week seems pretty good to me.

3.) 29 Feb 2016 17:58:44
Burke worth every penny and more.

4.) 29 Feb 2016 22:40:15
5k a week going up 1k a week every year of his contract so by the end of his new deal it will be about 10. That's what I heard anyway.
If he carries progressing as he is we will be cashing in Antonio style in a few years!

5.) 03 Mar 2016 12:28:55
Seems quite a bit but then again he's one of the few players that have actually bee performing and earning it unlike messrs Wilson and Blackstock to name a few. After last weeks performance against Bristol it's no more games for me this season especially when they want £29 for the Shef Weds game. I can't afford to waste my money.

19 Jul 2014 10:20:09
Burnley reported to be bidding for Lansbury, hope he tells them where to go, need to keep our best players.

1.) IMO we need to be offering Lansbury a longer deal. He had two years left, let's tie him to a long contract, betters deal for him to stay.

2.) Lansbury is a clever guy, who will stay at Forest, cause he knows Burnley will be relegated this season, and we will go up!

3.) Why would he move further away from London?im pretty sure we would of spoke to him about a new contract and he might of said no or he wants to see how things pan out.

4.) I fear that Lansbury will leave during this window, maybe not Burnley but perhaps another mid to lower end Premier League team, I watched the clip after he scored that spectacular goal earlier this week, and he did not look happy

{Ed034's Note - it was a friendly and we've seen lots of clips of him laughing and joking

5.) Landsbury has the greatest respect of SP. He'll want to have a good season with the reds, injury free and re pay the faith to the fans and manager. Expect a new conditioned landsbury this season playing just behind a front pairing breaking from midfield scoring lots of goals. SP favours a wing back system with three CB's and three in the middle of the park. Two target men up front.

6.) If we can tie Lansbury down to a long term deal asap it will be our best signing of the summer.

7.) 19 Jul 2014 14:03:08
Lansbury will stay this year, I'm very excited about forest this year building from the back, for me we need a winger then squad complete as I think SP will give the likes of Blake (who I rate) hollingsworth and maybe gnahore a run in the squad. Season ticket getting ordered :) glad to be a fan of this fantastic club, FTID

8.) Get him signed up the rest fit and we ve got a cracking squad

9.) I agree with pearce when he said, landsbury needs to earn a new contract. stay fit and play well. everyone wins.

10.) SP will not be letting him go unless it's for ridiculous money. Simples

11.) I believe Hollingsworth has been released.

12.) I say we let him go and go and get vidal with our new found wealth. on a serious note IF he is unhappy i'd rather him leave, such a talented player though it would be a shame.

13.) Whether we get him signed up to another contract or not will have no bearing on whether he leaves!

14.) @Raleigh U know why mate? because he's a winner and we were chasing the game. He's got his head screwed on and won't be going anywhere. Why would he sign now on championship wages when this time next year he'll have helped us to promotion and'll be able to command prem wages at the club he loves. Nottingham Forest.
We'll sell nobody Pearce doesn't want to and as has been said umpteen times Lansbury is an integral part of that.
Not only do u think we're building a good squad now I can see it growing and not being dismantled for years to come I truly believe that. this is our time boys enjoy ;)

I think most on here really rate the goalie, both full backs and worral, but figs rarely seems to get a mention. I think he's been excellent since replacing dawson and I for one hope he stays fit for the rest of the season.

1.) 28 Feb 2020 14:46:18
Yeah, agree. I was noticing his headers in the Cardiff match and instead of just knocking the ball anywhere he was heading into Cash's path to start an attack, solid CB.

He deserves as much credit as Worral and I'm sure Samba benefits from a strong back 4 in front of him. He seems a really good character and I love it when he's running up the pitch to push opposition players off being subbed to speed the game up. He makes it all look so easy.

2.) 28 Feb 2020 16:48:57
Well he seems to get plenty of 8 or 9 out of 10 ratings after games. Think nearly all on here would agree that both him and Worrall are an absolute formidable force arguably the best centre back partnership in the championship. From a young lad going on loan to Rangers and getting a bit of flack up there for some of his mistakes and learning from that experience, to a player left out in the cold to suddenly becoming an absolute machine in that fantastic back line we have. Long may it continue and be able to prosper in the premiership and show the world what they are about. 😁😁😁😁.

3.) 28 Feb 2020 19:21:16
Figs is mint - proper mint!

4.) 28 Feb 2020 20:28:52
Figs is awesome and a great partnership with worrall, the back four and goalkeeper is the foundation to build on, all very young.
In my opinion we will go up this season and have repeatedly said it, but if we don't then we have something to build on or we get some serious money in and can keep two or three and allow us to spend what we like.

5.) 28 Feb 2020 22:24:34
As I've been saying all season it's about next season going up this season will be a bonus I'm just enjoying the ride for a change.

17 Nov 2019 18:36:54
Muric's doing OK so far.

1.) 17 Nov 2019 18:55:45
Was that before the third or fourth went in? 🤣🤣🤣.

2.) 17 Nov 2019 18:59:26
1 decent game doth not make a player, his clangers against wba could cost us promotion.

3.) 17 Nov 2019 19:02:52
None of the four goals against him were his fault. Kossovo just don't have a defence, not that England's looked up to much tonight either.

4.) 17 Nov 2019 19:13:54
So what your saying is he's a good goalkeeper because he let four in and that's because they have no defence?
England conceded none but our defence weren't up to much either? 😁😁.

5.) 17 Nov 2019 19:20:21
And when he does have a good defence in front of him he let's 2 in! And loses ya the game.

6.) 17 Nov 2019 19:33:41
It's when the balls in front of him that he has a problem, man city will probably say they'll take samba for 25 mill and we can keep him.

7.) 17 Nov 2019 22:04:39
Yeah England aren’t up to much they scored 17 and conceded none in 3games 2of which were away, lol.

8.) 17 Nov 2019 23:08:15
Muric did ok- end of, that doesn’t mean he wasn’t at fault for the wba goals or that he’s looked like a rabbit in the headlights when he’s played for us, he just did alright tonight. Can you see the difference?

9.) 18 Nov 2019 09:47:02
If he had not been rubbish against wba would you have even mentioned his performance, he is not even a Forest player and with a bad loan start from City we will not try and sign him, so why mention him while playing for his country.

10.) 18 Nov 2019 13:43:20
Wtw - because he is a forest player at the moment and this is a discussion forum/ banter site, but won’t bother in future as it seems to offend you. When did you become the mediator anyway?

11.) 18 Nov 2019 14:14:16
Oak- A player that Brice has kept out of the team in the Championship for about 10 games and could be called back by City as a result.

You mention this is a forum / banter site, off course it is, you posted a comment and you got upset by my mentioning his mistakes against wba in my reply. If you did not want anyone that has not been impressed with him to Give Their Opinion then remember it is a forum / banter site.

12.) 18 Nov 2019 14:14:54
Oakhamred I wouldn’t let it bother you mate, I watched Czech Republic v Kosovo he was a rabbit in the headlights all night especially when the ball came into the box from wide positions, your right he’s a liability, whoever he plays for.

14 Oct 2019 13:52:01
Since BC who's been our worst manager?
Platt for me but there's plenty of competition!

1.) 14 Oct 2019 14:55:30
Every Scottish Manager we have had are in a "worst" league of their own!

2.) 14 Oct 2019 16:22:36
Think megson was about as bad as they come.

3.) 14 Oct 2019 18:36:39
Kinnear for his contempt for the BC years!

4.) 14 Oct 2019 18:56:48
It,s Fawaz for me !

5.) 14 Oct 2019 23:20:56
Megson was the pits threw my season ticket away played Taylor our only real striker as a centre half in his first game the rest is history.

6.) 15 Oct 2019 15:02:15
We never got any sort of new-manager bounce from Megson. Down down down whilst playing absolutely awful football.

7.) 15 Oct 2019 17:41:20
Olly, there is a song in there.

8.) 15 Oct 2019 21:56:40
Ron Atkinson for me

9.) 16 Oct 2019 22:01:08
McClaren the biggest disappointment. 😐.

28 Aug 2019 13:54:42
In a great all round performance last night the player who most impressed me was brice samba, good distribution, comes for crosses and seems to exude confidence to those around him. Only hope he keeps it up!

1.) 28 Aug 2019 14:54:09
You'd have to wonder why Lamouchi was so adamant Muric was his No 1. Can't still think that?!

2.) 28 Aug 2019 15:12:47
You’d hope not-was expecting Muric in goal last night.

3.) 28 Aug 2019 15:30:16
Said a while back that it would be interesting to see what the "T's and C's" were regarding Muric?
For me The Samba Man's doing a great job!

4.) 29 Aug 2019 07:51:22
Agreed Rogie. Man City don't loan out their brightest talent without some assurances. Maybe forest have to pay extra for when he's on the bench for example. That said, from what I've seen, he isn't going to be the world class keeper Geudiola thinks he is.

5.) 29 Aug 2019 12:21:31
Samba is off a different planet keeper wise. Best keeper we've had since Big Norm. Just oozes confidence and that settles the defence big time.
The reason they have to play muric is the terms of his deal.
If he starts City pay half his wages that week
If he don't start Forest have to pay all of it that week.

6.) 29 Aug 2019 15:52:14
RB beasant was ok.

07 Aug 2019 07:33:30
Don't worry folks, by November Bruce will have been sacked by Newcastle and we will get him here. What's not to like? Loool, depressing.

No, graham’s still at Greetham, i often play with him. Milton is a very good club, luffenham heath is the best in my opinion, but a touch up themselves.

Thought you would know Graham, he won the club championship 2 years ago aged 65! Mark is no longer a member.

51- yes there’s two types of golfers, those trying to get their handicaps down and those doing the opposite, me and my mates are in the former category so we don’t win many comps. BTW did you know graham smith back in the day?

51- Rutland county is closing and there is talk of burghleigh becoming a 9 hole course, add in the fact that Toft has closed and Stapleford is closing this year and you can see that all is not well with the game around here.
