anybody know if there's an emergency release clause in worralls loan at rangers? . one way or another we need to get him back sharpish.

shepp

1.) 12 Jan 2019 18:27:07
It was always going to be a bad decision to let him go put on loan and rely on dads army to stay fit all season,he needs recalling even though it will cost us compo.
Not point signing another experienced crock

2.) 12 Jan 2019 19:22:15
agreed 99 we need to invest in a youngster or two. i remember when BC put a young kid Terry Wilson in as emergency CB. used to run around like a drunk baby giraffe!but he was a fighter got stuck in every game.we could do with a bit of that spirit.

2star I don't think clough will make it needs to go out on loan somewhere, sounds crazy but i'd give Cummings a chance to work with MON/ Keane pre season. he's got the talent to play Championship standard he's just a headcase. anyone whos read my posts knows i'm a Carvalho fan and Cummings is mobile will make good runs for him to find. grabban murphy walker soudani cummings. with our injury record we might need all 5 next year.

1.) 23 Apr 2019 21:55:35
Shepp, he’s a good finisher with the right service. Anyone mobile should be able to fit well if the team could produce performances delivered on Monday consistently.

2.) 24 Apr 2019 00:09:34
Soudani will shine next season if he would of not been out through injury we would of been top 6 and before anybody says anything I know krankie bought him in if it hadn't had been for his injury he would of been krankies best buy looking forward to seeing him play again

3.) 24 Apr 2019 00:20:43
The punisher 💪

4.) 24 Apr 2019 05:31:59
Cummings would be a good player, he’s just struggling with depression. Clough has had his confidence drained and Soudani got an unfortunate injury. All 3 of these are IMO better than Murphy.

5.) 24 Apr 2019 11:31:15
Not sure what you see in Cummings as a Championship striker. No pace, poor in the air, questionable work rate and hardly prolific in League 1?

He is a million miles away from becoming the next Billy Sharp?

6.) 24 Apr 2019 11:59:09
RIE, Our first team looked a bunch of amateurs until the 3-4-2-1 formation used, we then made a top six side look rubbish, who is to say Cummings does not just need the right formation to get the best out of him.

7.) 24 Apr 2019 13:29:20
His attitude is all wrong throw him in the bin

just watched Maddison on soccer AM say Rodgers has swapped his posy from no10 back to goal like Carvalho to no8 so he can get time and space to see/ play a pass (made most goal chances in eurofootie apprtly) . Why didn't Karanka see that? not saying Carvs a superstar but he`s our most creative player and we`ve been outplayed by most teams under MON. so how about this team today Steele, Cash, Beno, Milo, Figs, Robbo, Colback, Carvalho, Lolley, Grabban, Murphy. playing 5-3-2 like the blades. i can see Carvalho in the Duffy role. wingbacks to get crosses in for 2 strikers, Colback to cover Lolley if he goes on a run, big defensive line for set pieces, appiah to come on last half hour for Murphy to run into the gaps. If only I was the manager lads Champagne and Croissants all round! . Wrote this 5 weeks ago if your there MON I`ll take my advisers fee in cash thanks! . ok not exactly the same but close enough for me to feel smug ;¬)

I think I agreed with you at the time

22 Apr 2019 14:37:49
anybody want to guess what formation this is going to look like! . this could be 3-0 to us or 6-0 to them. can't see what understanding this TEAM could have developed in training . you never know though so think positive .3-2 to us with a Lolley screamer to win it! .

shepp

1.) 22 Apr 2019 15:00:28
Three at the back and wing backs?
I'd guess

Fair point. I’d like to see that too.

2.) 13 Apr 2019 13:33:29
Taking advice from the footballing 'legend' Brendan Rodgers, that's his career finished then.😁

{Ed001's Note - especially when you consider he was making chances before Rodgers arrived.}

3.) 13 Apr 2019 13:53:20
I'd like to see him off to olmpiacos in the summer get some money back for him he's crap

4.) 13 Apr 2019 14:06:46
Exactly Ed001, he's made a great career for himself off the back of Suarez. Nice teeth too.😐

{Ed001's Note - lovely shade of orange too.}

5.) 13 Apr 2019 14:50:30
You think Carvahol is crap?

6.) 13 Apr 2019 16:31:26
I think he's worth every penny of a million 13 million your having a laugh they definitely seen us coming and crap yes

06 Apr 2019 21:09:20
our best attacking unit was the diamond of grabban, lolley, cash and carvalho. that's when we looked the most dangerous and scored a few goals. i know MON wasn't here then and he`s had to deal with injuries but someone needs show him the match videos. for me if there fit they should start.

1.) 06 Apr 2019 23:34:02
If he had any brains he would have looked at them when he got the job. Couple of months too late.

2.) 07 Apr 2019 09:52:39
What I want to know is what bullsh he bleated our at his interview! Our owner is a multi millionaire what the hell made him sign MON. He’s conned everyone we all new what style of football he would bring, complete dross. We hoped differently. Get rid now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3.) 07 Apr 2019 10:42:35
Never read such insulting rubbish about a forest great , if he had any brains?? Think you’ll find he’s got a law degree, and anyone would think carvallho had been ripping the division to shreds in the 20 + consecutive games he played at the start of the season, some on here need to show o’neill some respect, I don’t know whether he’ll be able to sort this mess collected over the last 20 years out, but give him a chance,I certainly will,Some still pining for mr sulk who walked, seem to remember some dire watches under him not forgetting the pathetic piece of mismanagement at Norwich,

4.) 07 Apr 2019 11:35:15
Am I meant to be impressed by a law degree? I have one myself!! I’d be more impressed if he didn’t play dinosaur football and leave our best players out. Karanka is old news. Weve moved on to MON and giving him money will be a disaster. He will replace our technical players with workhorse limited players. Said this before but it will end in tears. Last 3 games have been some of the worst football I’ve ever seen.

5.) 07 Apr 2019 13:36:06
Redtree don’t really give a toss if your impressed or not , your the one who questioned o’neills Intelligence, he ain’t been here 5 mins , his management pedigree is as good As most around I just think he deserves a bit more respect for his part in our clubs history, than to be talked about the way your talking,if he fails he fails won’t be the 1st and doubt he’ll be the last ,

6.) 07 Apr 2019 14:02:01
With due respect stevie I respect him as a former player but as a manager he's unfortunately questionable?
Yes he has inherited players but he chooses the squad and tactics just as Krankie did.
The position of being a manager at forest is a poison chalice.
Are O'Neil tactics and thought process outdated. Who knows?
Was he appointed to appease the fans who was it a case of give him until the season is over and see what he can achieve?

7.) 07 Apr 2019 14:20:13
O'Neill never finished his law degree, Stevie.

8.) 07 Apr 2019 14:24:05
Fawaz mate it appears that Martin has been given 18 months to do what no one has been able to do in 20 years he’s a couple of months in and people are calling for his head , and some are even calling for warnock who’s tactics are so outdated like martins supposedly are according to our forum experts that he keeps getting teams promoted,I think someone on here questioning martins intelligence is pathetic,

9.) 07 Apr 2019 14:39:04
Psycho been busy checking on the internet have you mate ??

10.) 07 Apr 2019 14:46:26
Ok he was studying law at queens university must have been a real dumbo

11.) 07 Apr 2019 14:55:55
No doubt he's an intelligent man.
As forest fans we are extremely fickle and very judgmental.
Maybe next season will bring a happy ending.

12.) 07 Apr 2019 16:21:23
Everything the Ireland fans have said is true.

stevie, I think the players like Zaha, fernandez etc know if they keep there names in the paper til the last few days they get more offers and money if your not one of the big clubs they keep you waiting . they have so much power now its ridiculous (£1m a week for Bale ) . anybody who hasn't heard it youtube Dean Saunders story of how Cloughie got him to sign for us, funny story and shows you how much things have changed!

no LC , he`s an AM like Carvalho.but he doesn't really tackle or defend will create things and get you a goal now and again though bit like Zach clough.im hoping League 1 or 2 team will buy them both this summer.good for them good for us.

ive said the same thing Red, I don't know how he`ll react now to being called too weak again and again in public by the manager, even though he played in our first 20 matches scored or made 9 goals and was part of our best performing set-up.manager only puts him on when the teams losing with little time to go cus the fans are shouting for him.even when he scores a blinder against Hull he`s dumped out the team again.not the kind of man-management that's going to make a player fight for ya.

I can see that NFFC16 , he`s not MONs type of player unless he grows a foot in the summer! , maybe the Breadman will take him when he gets the QPR job ?

perks , first 19 games of the season we scored 28 goals Carv was involved in 9 of them , scored 3 and 4 assists for grabban 1 for cash 1 for lolley ( not bad playing in a new team/league/country ) , Geudioura and Yacob were in a lot of those teams as well. This isn't a bad squad were just not playing as a team anymore or getting our best combining players on the pitch. which is down to the manager.
