I can understand a lot of fans not being happy with results. But sacking another manager and distrupting the club again isn't the answer. SP had a plan from top to bottom of the club. We hit the ground running at start of the season and injuries are playing big part of things again. The players do need a confidence boost and the manager needs to know we are behind him. I do not want to see SP leave. Look at pardew few game ago and the difference now. Things will click again the players will pull through, the fans will sing and the sun will shine. SP is hurting more than anyone he loves this club. He will lead us to glory we have to keep the faith.

Totally agree with this post. Too many fans were getting carried away earlier in the season coming out with wild comments about us having the best squad in the league. This of course is total rubbish. Our current league position is about right for where our squad is. Average ! The same people that put SP and the team on a pedestal are now calling for his head.

Fully agree and have had posts saying this in the past, any players from the first team viewing this page need to have a good hard think about their contribution over the last few, give yourselves a good talking to and make your manager and supporters proud of yourselves. Would prefer to see non performing players go / side lined than change the manager.

Im glad its not just me that thinks this way. i'm just tired of the chopping and changing. If players don't perform the manager gets sacked. The players need to be held accountable but they also need our supoort and a confidence boost. We all want the same thing. i'm proud to be a forest fan and to have an owner and a manager that have so much love for the club.

Nothing good will come of getting rid of SP, just more disruption. Stick with it reds and we'll soon be back to winning ways. You don't hold a team as good as ours down for too long. Keep faith!

Completely agree. Whilst the pitch is the most important thing people need to take into account what SP is doing away from it. He is united the club again. The senior management and structure of the club is improving no end, the image of the club with public and the media is far better. The youth systems and processes being out in place are excellent. He us given youngsters a chance to come through. All in all he is repairing a club from the bottom up that an person took apart before him.
Yes results are garbage but it's a corner I believe we can turn and challenge again. SP has had a huge positive impact at the club and we need to stick with him and carry on the re-building project
