I can understand a lot of fans not being happy with results. But sacking another manager and distrupting the club again isn't the answer. SP had a plan from top to bottom of the club. We hit the ground running at start of the season and injuries are playing big part of things again. The players do need a confidence boost and the manager needs to know we are behind him. I do not want to see SP leave. Look at pardew few game ago and the difference now. Things will click again the players will pull through, the fans will sing and the sun will shine. SP is hurting more than anyone he loves this club. He will lead us to glory we have to keep the faith.

1.) Totally agree with this post. Too many fans were getting carried away earlier in the season coming out with wild comments about us having the best squad in the league. This of course is total rubbish. Our current league position is about right for where our squad is. Average ! The same people that put SP and the team on a pedestal are now calling for his head.

2.) Fully agree and have had posts saying this in the past, any players from the first team viewing this page need to have a good hard think about their contribution over the last few, give yourselves a good talking to and make your manager and supporters proud of yourselves. Would prefer to see non performing players go / side lined than change the manager.

3.) Im glad its not just me that thinks this way. i'm just tired of the chopping and changing. If players don't perform the manager gets sacked. The players need to be held accountable but they also need our supoort and a confidence boost. We all want the same thing. i'm proud to be a forest fan and to have an owner and a manager that have so much love for the club.

4.) Nothing good will come of getting rid of SP, just more disruption. Stick with it reds and we'll soon be back to winning ways. You don't hold a team as good as ours down for too long. Keep faith!

5.) Completely agree. Whilst the pitch is the most important thing people need to take into account what SP is doing away from it. He is united the club again. The senior management and structure of the club is improving no end, the image of the club with public and the media is far better. The youth systems and processes being out in place are excellent. He us given youngsters a chance to come through. All in all he is repairing a club from the bottom up that an person took apart before him.
Yes results are garbage but it's a corner I believe we can turn and challenge again. SP has had a huge positive impact at the club and we need to stick with him and carry on the re-building project

6.) Agree totally Keeno excellent post

I would just like to say. I have seen the nffc players staff owner doing the ice bucket challenge and it just seems the whole club are like one big family now. The smiles on and off the pitch, the club welcoming the media and the whole togetherness is a joy to witness. i'm proud to suppirt our club, we have been in the dark for so long its great to see the light for a change. Thanks to fawaz and sp and everyone behind the scenes. The futures bright the futures red. Great site to you too ed. Just started following in you on birdsite too. You work hard to keep this all running

duracelluk

{Ed034's Note - it does come across like that and it is now rubbing off on the fans too.
Thanks for the kind words

1.) There has been a serious amount of hard work from a lot of people at the club this summer to start turning things around and creating a real positive culture we can have a fine competitive season. Couldn't agree more with the comments re this site. It's a fantastic source of info and banter for all reds. We appreciate your efforts COYR!

2.) Couldn't agree more.

it should have been done on the centre spot before the reading game

Giggs in as number 2 anyone?

duracelluk

1.) Giggs? No thanks-he can take his ugly skinny face and sunken beady eyes elsewhere-can't stand him.

2.) That reply was down to a lock in at the local - it took 6 yrs to pull off but it shows if you persist doing the right things it works ( eventually) come on you reds! fawaz, the fans and Pearce deserve some luck!

3.) Oh well my original post went astray but basically it was in response to a post that appears to have gone? There's a right way to do things and if it takes a while to get it right then so be it. I've waited long enough now and if I have to wait a bit longer to do it properly then l don't mind waiting. If the right people are trying its only a matter of time before it works!

I don't think the score reflected the game. I thought we played ok. We all know we need a proven goal scorer or 2. Plus we need to keep the same 11 as best we can. I know injuries played big part second half of this season. I find it awful that fans turn on fawaz. He is a fan first and his heart is forest. Any fans heart will rule if they were in charge. SP I think is the man to inject some pride back into the players heads. i'm sure he already knows who he wants. i'm looking forward to the rumours of who we are buying. Looking forward to next season. COYR

duracelluk

{Ed034's Note - me neither

1.) Think we will rip the league apart next year coyr

2.) Completely agree duracell

3.) Thank you. i'm not the type that enjoys seeing us lose. But it wouldn't be so bad if we go down fighting. Think the confidence has gone from most. But SP can sort this and with the additions I think we will destroy this league next season. Just wish fans would stop venting their anger at our owner. He is building something special again. We been waiting this long for glory days again so another season won't hurt.

4.) If you look at the last 2 games, we've scored 5 goals and got 1 point to show for it. everyone seems to think that we're lacking in attack but for me, the defence is even worse.

5.) Wr are the only team in the championship without a win in the last 10 games. It takes some believing when you think back to how well we were playing.

I think they will get away with small punishment as the FA have no spine when it comes to important matters. QPR will recieve a fortune for being relegated i mean why reward teams for failing. I hope the get hit with a massive fine or kicked out the league and appeal just so it opens the floodgates. I can't believe the clubs agreed to FFP in the first place.

Is there a reason both managers have decided to hardly use him. Might be his attitude. Might be he distrupts the team.

NC has stated before how much he doesn't like forest and would not want to manage us. i'm ok with that. Think him, warnock or bruce are the 3 managers that would make me give up on football if they were hired.
