Has anyone thought that BB may actually want to move. If that were to be the case then we should get the best deal for the club. You cannot force a player to stay if his head has been turned.

Sgetty if Brereton wants to leave fair enough, you should not force him to stay, however how the hell can his head be turned by a club like Blackburn. L

Yes I can see how a move to BLACKBURN would put your head in a spin!

If BB is loaned to come back great but to a league 1 or 2 or 2 side surely ? Many on this site have bemoaned our lack of strikers. Britt was surely an answer but unfortunately for psycho was injured. Now we have Grabban who has yet to do anything to convince me. Murphy we all know about. Yes as always the midfield will score goals but will not get you more than mid table. BB is young and passionate for the game ( Cash and Osborn equally ). The way he demanded and took that penatiy was a special moment. AK we all must assume knows much more than any of us the potential of BB so if he goes it will be like Ollie Burke now not a WBA first choice and no longer playing for Scotland. So loan BB to improve him would be my choice to the Scunthorpes of this world

Maybe Blackburn have promised him more playing time.

Sgetty you could be right but Brereton has only recently come back from England duty so the manager might have been giving him a break. Cash has shown when you get a chance to play and do well you can keep your place, orat least come off the bench in Soudani's case.

I would be surprised if we are entertaining selling BB given how light we are in the striker department. It would be a big risk for AK, especially if his target is a top 6 finish. It doesn't make sense to sell the type of player that could get you there.

It’s not about having your head turned by another club it’s what the agents fill your head with.

Sutton to a extent i see your point but although only 19 years old surely he knows the difference between Blackburn and Barcelona, the difference between Blackburn being just as likely to go back down and Forest pushing the boat out to get promoted. Game time will come eventually for him at Forest, and it is up to him to take the chance with a point made the manager can not argue with.

He knows who’s who but it’s what his agents will fill his head with.they may tell him they will get him more game time a bigger goal bonus bigger wages assist bonus appearance bonus all being more.that will turn his head.

There’s the problem - a bigger goal bonus 🤣 I hope he doesn’t have to rely his goal bonus to put a loaf of bread on the table, he could go hungry 😋
