I do not know what time the players report back but if they do not report back until 2pm, and a manager gets sorted tonight they can be announced at 10am and be ready for training at 2pm.
It is not so terrible not to have a manager in place as long as who comes in does quite well.

the manager situation is a joke. Had plenty of time to sort one out before pre season training starts tomorrow.
I think when a manager is appointed is won't be very impressive. 2 names I been told today will cause some very negative comments on here if it's one of them.

Sacking managers willy nilly is a farce.
spending to such an extent we get put in an embargo is a farce.
interfering in a managers work because you fancy yourself as a manager is a farce.
putting off good managers because all the above is a farce.
But being without a manager for a fitness check, although not ideal is not a farce.

Tomorrow if there's no manager in place tomorrow then can u not understand the fans frustration and with how this club as been run over the last 4 years the worrys the fans have that it's just another farce what if tomorrow it's announced the takeover deal is dead and there is no manager would it surprise the fans not one bit so for me until someone is put in the fans have every right to be worried but I think the manager is a done deal.

Yes you are right to a degree, if there is no appointment by tomorrow then it will be a bit worrying.
If the take over were to fall through it would be terrible, but i'm hoping that as the potential take over is going to go through.
Despite the allegations against him he seems to know how to run a club properly so that is something to look forward to.
I will only be really worried if we get to the Hull pre-season friendly and still no manager.
At the end of the day how long do managers last anyway.

Seems to me the delay in manager appointment is just another scam to save money 3 months 20/ 30k a month. quids in.
