I know I am going to get shot down on this, but in my humble opinion i would keep Pearce, and get rid of Eastwick and Wigley i think they have no idea, bring in some new back room staff and fresh ideas.

Robert Rosario as attacking coach lol can't be any worse than Wigley and Eastwick
1.) Fawaz refusing to bring in Rosario because he wants his own back room team to include Eugene Dadi and Andre Silenzi

Sorry but this now is getting embarrassing. All those people who are saying give Pearce time, how much time you want to give him ? face facts any more time we will be in league 1. Time now is for a new manager this is worse than ever. and that Eastwick and Wigley should go also. Sorry but its new manager we need with new ideas and new coaching staff.

Spot on Chappy. I keep on hearing on Radio Nottingham "don't change the manager" well I'm sorry but I think its SP's tactics that are all wrong. They moan about BD but I think its because he fell out with them.
2.) Need new players. Can't get em. Pearce hamstrung by what went on before he arrived.
3.) 14 points in 18 games is crap by any manager. In any league. With any squad. Unless you are Derby in the top flight in which case it is a dream.
We happen to have a really good squad which we were all very excited about at the start of the season.
It is the managers job to install confidence and work ethic. They appear to not like playing under him if on field performances are to go buy. No I didn't expect immediate wonders but nor did I expect him to dismantle any playing style we had and replace it with nothing.
I always liked watching him play. Never liked him being interviewed. He plays the confused and humble card too often.
Dare I say that as a player he wore his heart on his sleeve. As a manager blood and guts doesn't get you very far. Being intelligent enough to play people. Manage personalities and find win win scenarios are key.
I hope I'm wrong but no one got excited about his credentials when he joined. Only that we loved him. We always will.
4.) Why do we need new players.
Henry. Needs an arm around him. A great player.
Britt. Learning the league but already a success.
Spoilt for choice at the back with some real quality.
Antonio. What a buy.
Osborne. Great break through.
We have the best squad on paper we have had in years. They don't need replacing. A managers job is not just to organise but develop players.
Perhaps the coaches are wrong. Teddy seems to have helped at West Ham. Who is our defensive coach. Who is our striking coach. Get stan and des in to assist. They'd do it for free
5.) Perhaps you are wrong Luke and this isn't the best squad on paper we've had in ages !
6.) In monetary value it probably is. 2 loan players from Newcastle are valued more than Doncaster or ipswich

Sorry to say but i think Stuart Pearce needs to go, can't take any more of this week in week out.
1.) Definately needs to go.he don't have what it takes, we need someone soon
