Oh dear much improvement needed second half of season only 8 wins ain't going to cut it. Need players who will grab the game by the scruff. For all of carvalho's assists and ability to find space still seems a bit light weight to me. Still unable to put a run of wins together think we've only managed two on the trot once and that's not top 6 form. Come on lads get your act together at home massive points dropped again

We have yet to make the cg a fortress with nearly half a season gone we better get our skates on.

1.) 09 Dec 2018 11:40:46
We can't have a fortress when the drawbridge is permanently down!

2.) 10 Dec 2018 17:36:16
Yes you can as long as the portcullis is down.

3.) 10 Dec 2018 22:21:35
Antibiotics will clear that up

{Ed033's Note - Has someone got 'Brewers Droop'?

4.) 10 Dec 2018 23:18:51
Don't all answer at once?不不不
I'm all right the drawbridge is down tonight, just need to find the key to the portcullis 不不不不

Just watch out for the arrow slits!

What can we say we've been saying we need to put a few past a team but think the defence heard different and thought we needed to concede more lol. What a match plenty of quality attacking football. We defo got wat it takes to be in top 6 after first 10 games when we drew 7 won 2 lost 1 the last 9 games reads won 5 drawn 3 lost 1.

Just a couple of those draws into wins at the start we'd be staring down the barrel of the top 2. So not a bad start 7 out of ten so far this season just need to win 3 or 4 on the bounce occasionally and we should sit nicely in the top 6 ( Please God I hope so ). Also think pants needs a few good games seems his clangers are costing us dearly mite need to look elsewhere in January.

So we have scored more goals outside the box than any other team in the top 4 leagues, 19 goals which has got to equate to nearly all our goals then. Imagine if we had a in the box goal poacher as well, we'd be top, top, top of the league say we'd be top of the league.

Like grabbans goal against Middlesbrough, thought it was more about a poor final ball that was our problem for those kind of goals, think grabban would knock them in all day with passes like lolleys we just don't supply him enough

2.) 18 Oct 2018 09:40:46
We are on course for circa 70 goals for and less than 40 against which equals a top 6 promotion chance and that's with our existing strike force!

3.) 18 Oct 2018 14:21:01
COG, 19 goals outside the box over how long?

4.) 18 Oct 2018 20:34:43
I'm guessing the 19 is this season including cup games as we have only scored 17 in the league

29 Aug 2018 22:45:39
Good confident result, won second balls harassed players into giving the ball away got in their faces and the players showed their mettle exactly wat other teams do to us sometimes. Need to obviously take that into Saturday which will be tough but can be done.

Think there is a few tonite who should be more regular starters, pleased for bridcutt as have always liked him and Murphy although may be not a regular starter shows wat he can do when he gets decent service and support, holds the ball up and leads the line well can defo score 10 12 goals a season which could be invaluable if we fulfil our potential.

Still counts for nothing if we play poor on Saturday and beyond so by no means out of the woods yet as need to put on a number of gud performances on the trot , yes it takes time but need to see more consistency and see potential in wat we are capable of. As for tonight nice to beat a prem team yet again, U REDS.

That game proves to me that if lolley is fit he has to play ahead of everyone. Top class. But all round good performance by everyone, happy gor dias that he got to have a chance to play his game today and was tracking back and chasing the ball everywhere trying to win it back true passion is what i love to see COYR

Wow, somewhat bemused but not shocked but you know wat not going to bleat about it because it's nothing new at our club or indeed in football. I'm just going to roar on the reds today because as pointed out by a previous post, win today and we are one point off the play offs. Also have a theory. Mourinho gone, rumours of a return to Madrid, best buddies with krankie, take him as number 2 and the chance to put together a dream team to haul real to the top of the cream, working with some of the best players in the world, too much temptation, start a mini war at forest, leave, live in warm sunshine, no more cold wet training sessions, happy. Just thought I'd start a rumour to keep things fresh on here.

Murphys record not that great 60 odd goals in 200 games. Maybe he's more of a feeder to the front man. Maybe he's like kevin campbell ian wright said he liked playing with campbell because he got in the way of defenders allowing wrighty space to run in and score. To be honest if we get a striker would like to see someone at least capable of scoring 15 odd goals in the championship.

Osborn can't seem to escape the scapegoat tag yet I'd rather play him who cost nothing than 13 million pound carvalho who seems like a waste of money too me hope he proves me wrong but for me needs to eat a few more meals and put some weight on. On another note watched shrewsbury v stoke today and stoke got no chance this season even the stokies were singing Gary rowett your football's s**t your getting sacked in the morning but as ever crouchie saved their bacon.
