Given that Doughty passed away from a heart attack how secure do we feel about the health of current owner looking at BBC Nottingham interview? Is there a succession plan?

Why would that cross anyones mind?
Not just large people who have heart problems as i know only too well.
Just be happy we've got a new owner talking some sense.
None of us are imortal.

Negativity has kicked in before the ink has even dried on the deal!

We just need Grahamnf to pop out his box now to tell us its all false news?

3.) 19 May 2017 06:11:46
Forest forever fans creamed over fawaz and what he said, let's just keep our feet on the ground and take it as it comes. look at derby when mel took over they thought they would be in the prem by now but they've spent a shed load of money and are still in the same league as a team that had a shocking owner running it.

4.) 19 May 2017 10:26:58
We really do need to stop looking over the garden fence and comparing our club with that village team and sheep shed down the A52 and their fantasy football owner.

Our sights are now set on becoming the 26th most financially secure club in Europe and the infrastructure has been put in place to achieve that aim.

Everyone needs to put the same amount of energy and passion into the other 36 fixtures next season so we can start our journey towards our goal?

Derbys most important local derby next season is against Burton Albion. Forest have more important games to play!

The other 36?not in the prem yet red, but i think we're sailing in the right direction.
Full steam ahead🛥🛥🛥.

Hi guys posted just after the Newcastle game and got slated because I dared to suggest we were poor and got lucky. Hope the take over happens soon, we are all on tenter hooks and yes I am afraid to say we need a new manager. The fresh injection of something new often sees a change in fortune as players have to prove themselves to new managers. I am resigned to losing Lansbury whom I think we will miss in some ways, however like many here I am frustrated by his lack of reliability and dare I say honesty especially as the club captain who should be leading the charge not having his head turned by offers of better wages.

They will destroy us based on current form, played well and deserved the win against Ipswich but they are another struggling side, got lucky against last two teams.

Jesus Christ give it a rest.9 points form last 3 games what more could you ask for.

2.) 02 Dec 2016 22:20:59
To be less dependent on lucky breaks.

3.) 02 Dec 2016 22:22:38
And sympathetic referees!

4.) 02 Dec 2016 22:31:52
I'll take any points, sooner we have the points to be safe the better as I feel at any time we could slip into a long, long losing cycle.

5.) 02 Dec 2016 22:40:26
Have a less leaky defence?

6.) 02 Dec 2016 23:29:19
Yep your right could of got 11 poonts from te last three games if we would of kept clean sheets!

7.) 03 Dec 2016 01:35:55
About time we had a street smart team and a coach/manager who has more than one plan. Lansbury showed he is a leader and a winner. Rafa needs to stick dishing up excuses for a poor performance at his average restaurant!

8.) 03 Dec 2016 11:28:17
Moco, its bad form to click agree for your own posts mate, even if no one else will:)

Those 3 points will come in handy at the end of the year. We were poor and lucky we would have lost to a 10 man Newcastle and struggled to beat a9 man team. There was no real leadership out there tonight, no driving force and I have to say Bendtner was an absolute waste of space.

The fella that scored the equaliser?

2.) 02 Dec 2016 22:33:05
Give the man a break he's just coming back. Judge after a few games if he's still poor then fair enough.

He got Shelvy sent off! We would object if it were the other way around, though I agree Rafa should have kept that discussion with ref private. However given the climate in football today you get your reasons in early and publically when it goes against you.

Not miserable just realistic, cheered when we scored but for 60 minutes we played against 10 men and scored two goals! Apart from the penalties how much did we work their keeper? We were poor and got lucky, those b3 points are really valuable will celebrate that, but performance was poor.
