Since Gary Brazil left, the supply of players has dried up. We need at least 2-3 players coming out of the academy who can play in the first team squad, or can be sold on. We can't keep buying players who's best days are behind them, and we are lucky if we get 15 games a season out of them!,

They would if we were in the championship mate. It’ll take a few years of prem for kids who are good enough to play in it to select us over the others. It will happen eventually.

I agree 2 stars the prem is a different animal, 23 years in the lower leagues gives young lads a chance, the prem demands quality youngsters and is unforgiving. Look at the youngsters who make it in other teams going for top dollar, the class difference is frightening. Besides two of our own regardless whether they are good enough take plenty of flack on here and always give it everything and more. Some of these apparently established footballers costing a fortune saunter round like they don't give a monkeys of, chucking there spanner out of the tool box.

Vespa, I don’t think young Finn was championship standard mate, I’d be very surprised if he makes a career outside league one or two.
I think the club nearly always get it right (it’s one thing they do get right ) around who they keep and who they release and or sell, the record is fairly good if you look at it realistically.
