I maybe one of few or many that would not like SC to join Leicester. There is much history between the 3 clubs in the midlands that those in their 60s / 70s know too well. Our successes and failures are each tied to the managers. I remember only to well when MON went to Leicester rather than us, which was the start of our steady decline, finally overcome by SC.
I have been a Forest supporter since 79 when I came to Nottingham. The few years of SC brought excitement, atmosphere and belief once again to the Reds after a long time in the wilderness and full grounds every week even in the championship A unique relationship with the fans and a genuine love for the City ground that we may never see again in my life time.
Yes you will say this is the past and we must move on. We do not know what it was like under Big M and perhaps it was all too much for him in the end. In my humble opinion SC is and will become a great manager and destined for success maybe with a National team A lot of my friends are Leicester supporters and should Leicester do well as they did with MON. It will be difficult to take as a Forest supporter but I would be pleased for SC, to show the management here what he is capable of.

Yeah - good post Doc. But the fact remains, whether you like it or not, that our local clubs have always exchanged players and managers. Personally, I wish SC all the best at whatever club he lands at. He led another Forest 'miracle' and I think we should all be grateful for him in doing so.

Apart from the usual suspects at the top of the Premier, I think with all the manager changes, teams like villa playing in Europe, it could be a very open for league positions. Fester will have points reduction likewise chelsea, and players having to be sold, SC would be barmy going to fester.
