here in Corfu. Frank Clark is staying at our hotel. Had a brief word and shook his hand, nice guy and his wife is lovely. I'll try and get a photo on here when I've worked out the technology. My holiday is already made. Bonus to meet a legend. ??.

I was a bit awe struck really. Just said I went to my first Forest match when I was 9 and I’m 67 now. He kindly said I look well on it. I said something like I wouldn’t keep him from his meal and it was an honour and a privilege to shake his hand. Bit of small talk, told him Dad, brother and daughter were Forest through and through and made a joke about my wife being a Stokie! Took about 5 mins much shorter than my posts and he didn’t nod off! ????.

Just been talking to a couple of the hotel staff. One didn’t like Mr M because he was an AEK supporter ( like us and Derby) ??and one said he supported Manchester United ( also that Peter Crouch and his family were here a couple of weeks ago. ) They love Premier League over here.

Balloons, paella is a Spanish dish ( from Valencia). Corfu, where me and my new friend Frank is Greek. I’m grateful for 2 things…. every morning I wake up and see the beautiful mountains of Albania across the Ionian Sea sparkling in the sunshine. A waitress told me it’s 20 minutes by speedboat away.
Secondly, today is 80 years since DDay and I’m glad that the French are much further away from us than Albania is from Corfu! ????.
